Worst Starbucks I go to. Starbucks has a motto: if for any reason you don't like the drink or it's wrong they'll remake it. Well Every SINGLE time I order extra toppings in/on my drinks they don't put extra. Even though the cost is extra. After several times of this happening I finally go inside to speak with the manager and notify her what happened and that it's every time. I wasn't rude or mad when speaking with her a little irritated I'm sure, but not rude. Anyway her response to me was that "that's how they are taught to make drinks when adding more ingredients" and that "I continue to come to this location". It was a clever response don't get me wrong, because as soon as she said it the other employee standing next to her started smiling looking shocked then quickly walked away into the office. The manager wasn't wrong though, but like I stated to her this establishment is local to my residence and has a drive thru. As for how they are taught to make drinks. It's the only Starbucks that you ask for extra and they don't add it. I went from going on a daily basis ordering several drinks at a time, to now I try everything I can to avoid going there. We do have another inside location. That I'll stop by when I have the time to park and go inside. I wish they had a drive thru, because their employees are much much nicer and customer friendly. As for this place I strongly suggest going to the other location. The drinks are made correct and they accommodate the extra toppings you pay for and most importantly they are customer friendly. Note to add: My drinks aren't super custom or a pain in the butt either (I'm not that customer lol), it's just a caramel ribbon frappe with extra caramel and extra crunch. If you pay 2-3 dollars more for extra toppings you kinda want...
Read moreI won't comment on the taste of the drink and food because it was 15 minutes after ordering that I even received by order. I walked in the door of the Starbucks and not one of the three employees behind the counter made eye contact with me, or even acknowledged me. When I entered the store, I was the only customer inside the store, and there were no more than three cars in the line. After about 5, minutes a employee acknowledged me and took my order. I waited for my drink while the inside crew served the cars that drive through with no concern for the customers that came inside. The cars that were not even in line when I placed my order came ordered and we're served while I, and the five people who came inside after me waited. When my order was ready it was sat on the counter my first name yelled, with no thank you, no eye contact. I had to ask if the rest of my order was ready, I had asked for a order of petite vanilla scones, .I got a bag tossed in the counter with one petite scone inside, again no smile, thank you, or any show of appreciation. If Starbucks does not want customers to walk in their door and be served inside, why not close your restaurants to inside customers? If customers do not receive good customer service, Starbucks will sooner or later have less customers to worry about. While Starbucks drinks are usually of a consistent quality, they are by no means the only place to buy a flavorful...
Read moreThis Starbucks drive thru times are all over the place and not as advertised on their website which states that it opens at 5:30 AM! I have been to the drive thru numerous times after 5:30am to only find out that they are not open! But today I have had it! It was 6AM and the order board was illuminated and staff were inside. I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru window before someone came on and stated that they would not be opening today until 6:30AM!!! Unacceptable. There were 6 cars behind me at this point. It would be incredibly helpful and respectful of your guests to post a sign on the order screen allowing us to know the change in hours for the day. I assumed they were busy with the counter and was trying to understand the climate of staff shortages. I would think that Friday mornings are a very busy time and I was looking forward to my coffee as I had waited all week to stop at Starbucks. Talk about a let down. The next Starbucks for me on my drive is not until I get into Columbus but the time that I get into Columbus the lines are much too long! Such a disappointment. Also the Chia Tea Lattes are all over the place at this location so maybe it was best that I couldn't...
