If I could give lower then 1 star it would be in the negative. Drive thru in the evening took 25 mins. Confirm what we ordered again at window. Get home & 4 combo meals are completely wrong. Only ketchup on the California Classic which has everything. Fries hard & cold. Called right away. Katie was filling in from another store & should be in customer relations she was so nice! Took my name & put it on the list for a complete order redo. Go in the following week & was met with the rudest girl with funky colored hair & a smart mouth. Wouldn't look at the sheet with notes from Katie. Refused to redo our messed up $21 order. Might not seem like a lot of money but it was hard earned & nothing in return. Called manager next day & left a message. He never returned call. Emailed customer service. Its been over a month. No resolution. Will not be spending anymore money here. Go somewhere else. There was no one in the restaurant when I arrived at 10:00 AM, I said hello to the staff member, but I was asked to wait. I said, "sure I'll go wash my hands". I arrived at a locked bathroom door and then returned to the front counter. When I asked for the bathroom code I was told I needed to order first because the bathroom was for customers only. So I rushed my order and was given the paper slip with the code. I'm not sure what they were protecting because the bathroom was disgustingly dirty anyway, it was decorated with a metal sink like you see in prison movies and there were no paper towels (even though the sign says for our safety please use paper towels to open the door). If you're going to treat your customers like prisoners then they're going to be all too happy to escape and never come back to your restaurant.

This place is trying it's hardest to hemorrhage it's customers. The interior and exterior are dated and unmaintained. The woman at the drive thru acted like I was bothering her and she had better things to do. The burger I ordered was half made, missing all of the accoutrements. Somehow the shake I ordered was half melted as soon as I received it.

I don't get it. For damn near $20 this is sad. I can spend the same amount at a sit down restaurant and get much more bang for my buck. I've given this location so many chances and they are only getting worse and worse. There used to be a skinny girl that worked there that was always pleasant but I haven't seen her in a while. Maybe the service left when she did.

Good thing there are dozens of food choices within a square mile of this location. Might be time to close this...
