Really not sure what's going on. This location used to be very prompt with delivery and the quality of the pizza was very good. Over the last year the delivery time has gotten later and later. 5-10 minutes late wasn't too bad, but now it's averaging about a 30 minutes later than the time quoted consistently which is already quoted at about 40 minutes for a 4.5 mile distance. My two most recent examples were today and yesterday. Yesterday they came 30 minutes after the 45 minute max approximated delivery time (35-45 minutes). Which was not great but not terrible. The pizza was still warm and was up to the usual Dominos quality. Tonight I ordered and they gave me an approximate max of 55 minutes, they were late of that approximation by 50+ minutes. By then the pizza was not only not hot, it had reached a temperature where the cheese had coagulated and it really almost tasted day-old leftovers. I also ordered extra cheese on one pizza and from what we could tell, there was no difference between the normal cheese and the extra cheese and in the past, you DEFINITELY could tell the difference. We spent several minutes taking comparison bites out of both normal and extra cheese slices to make sure we weren't imagining it. The crust was also overcooked and dry and there was barely any sauce on all 3 pizzas, making the brittle crust all that much more dry. I literally had to force myself to eat more than one slice as the crust, which is usually the best aspect of the pizza was so bad. I really don't know what's happened to this location, but in my experience it's gone significantly down in both quality and promptness of delivery. For the last 5 years, Dominos has been our only pizza chain, and specifically this location. This last year has been noticeably worse and we're probably going to start trying other Domino's locations or other chains. It's been that...
Read moreI haven't had much issues in the past ordering from here up until today. I hate to be a Karen, but here's what happened with time stamps.
I placed an order at 1:53PM for 1 medium 2-topping pizza and 1 box of lava cakes. The estimated delivery time I was given was 25-35 minutes. I saw my order was in the prep stage right at 1:53PM and then it just sat at prep... up until 2:19PM when it finally went to bake. I thought the tracker was broken or something, right when I went to call the store to see what was going on was when the tracker finally updated. That's already about a half hour wait right there. 2:32PM was when I saw the person delivering my order left the store. I saw on the GPS tracker they went up and away from my direction to drop off another order, and then went down PAST my house towards the complete opposite direction to drop off another order as well, only to go back up towards my house to finally deliver mine. It wasn't until 3:11PM I finally got my food. I live maybe 10 minutes away from this location? So all in all, it ended up taking close to an hour and a half to receive my order when I was originally given about a half hour delivery time. Food turned out just fine, but it doesn't change the fact that it's frustrating that this whole delivery process took as long as it did when I had a small order. I left a tip on my order as well when I placed it and honestly wish I could get...
Read moreGot my free pizza for $1.50. So you could say false advertisment. Yes, it's for a 2 topping medium pizza only and I had three. However, when I took off all the toppings it still was trying to charge me $1.50. So I put them back and called. Noah answered the call and I tried to get an explanation for why it was trying to charge me when there were no toppings at all and and all he told me was "I don't know what to tell ya." Thanks Noah and Happy Memorial Day to you too man.
Edit after delivery:
Got the pizza only to find out that it was light on pepperoni. Called back and was on hold for 10 mins only for Anthony tell me that the last pizza I ordered, that was an actual double pepperoni, was just over portioned.
Anthony: "Well we have a manager counting the products.."
Me: Thinking to myself "Wtf does that have to do with my free pizza, that's $1.50 anyways, being light on toppings?"
He asked if I still had the pizza as if my hungry family haden't already devoured it. What? You want a picture of it? I've always had my pizzas made from this location and you think now I decide to rip it off? This place is a JOKE.. negative 5 stars if I could. Not ordering from this location ever again. Matter of fact, I'll just go to Pizza Guys or Mountain Mike's. Never had a problem with consistency or...
