Customer serVice @ this location is overaLL NoN-exisTanT! & I mosT definitely don't say thaT lightly @ALL! This low review is a long time coming, as this is my location McDs store and I visiT a few times a week minimum& w every visit it's always the same below average to completely disgracefuL service . More times than not I find myself having to return my food due to poor quality,usually cold food. A favorite item of mine is their apple pies however it's almost guaranteed that I'll be served cold ones, often multiple times in a row. IF THEY HAVE ANY MADE AT ALL. Again MORE times than not I'm told they don't have any made, I'll ask to wait the (supposed to be 12 min) it takes 2 bake them and I m met w a poor attitude from a seemingly lazy employee whom doesn't care 2 b bothered with the extra task! So much so I've even been lied to and told it's a 25min wait to a 30min one, all the way up to 1 hour wait for a fresh batch to bake! In guessing to deture me from deciding to wait,therefore eliminating the tASK FOr them entirely. PERFECT EXAMPLE...I visited restaurant this morning and ordered 2 pies, I was served 6 ice cold pies in a row, rather than just cooking a fresh batch they just continued to serve me cold pie after cold pie, & w every return to the counter politely requesting pies warm enough for me to consume w/o gagging on each cold bite, I was met with extreme poor attitude, as if I was a problem ,even had one employee go so far as to accuse me of "lying about the pies being disgusting and impossible to even try to choke down, all to get free pies." FIRST OF ALL NOTHING WAS FREE,I PAID ALMOST $3 FOR 2 TERRIBLE COLD PIES, ONLY TO BE REPLACED 6 FREAKING TIMES W ONLY WORSE ,COLDER ONES. EVENTUALLY LEAVING W 6 COLD PIES I TOSSED IN THE TRASH. Read moreWent through the drive through. Ordered a fry and a mcflurry. Paid. When I got to the window they are handing me a power aid drink. I said that it wasn't my order and repeated what I ordered. The gentleman was nice and said that somehow they didn't get my order correct so I said that's fine charge me for the fry I'll pay for it. No big deal. This young black girl came to the window, slammed it shut right when I was talking to the young man. She proceeded to stick her head out the window and speaking rudely. I explained that I didn't order a drink I want a fry and I'm willing to pay the difference. She screamed at me that I have to go around and order a fry. I told her that it was fine I can do that but since I didn't order a drink I would like to be refunded or at the very least get a drink that I drink because never in my life had I ever or will ever drink power aid. She screamed at me. She called me names. I told her to refund my whole order. The manager or maybe the shift lead gave me back my card no apology, just rudely gave me the card and slammed the window. The black girl continued to yell at me while the lady in black was holding her back. What kind of establishment is this? Why the drama? You messed up it's no big deal fix the issue. Why are you hiring people that don't know the first thing about customer service? I'll be calling management in the morning and corporate depending how that conversation goes.
