The first thing that struck me when I entered the cafe was the incredible ambiance. The decor is fantastic, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the cafe. Loved the desserts, i will definitely be going back 🩷 i did give them only 4 stars for service because when me & my family walked in we felt ignored. We waited for a few minutes to be acknowledged then some lady working there stood in front of us.. don’t know what she was doing but i assumed she was taking care of something on her employee ipad really quick and she’ll get to us. I understand businesses get busy with orders. But she didn’t even look at us or say we’ll be right with you guys or nothing.. then she simply walked away to the back & then it was still a few more minutes before a gentlemen helped us. Having a really hard time deciding to write this review. I gave the owner almost 2 weeks to respond to multiple complaints happened with me and I’m sure more customers like me. Came around 9pm and ordered around $30 of coffee and crepe and took them about 15min to get to my order, while sitting waiting for food a good bunch of new customers came in and started interacting with the co-workers and giving the workers vape pens and smoking while making the food and mind they are in gloves and then touching the pineapples and bananas to put in top of the crepe right after I came up to him and ask him politely please change gloves I won’t eat the food while you touching other contaminates about 5 min later another customer came in went behind the counter and started making food for himself I got up and started asking how much longer it will take to make my food and this is about 25min into my order since I paid for my food and they communicated in another language than English and they laughed and irritated I turned around and left Next day I called to make my complaint with a manager or owner and the 2 young girls where very polite gave me contact info to the owner and her cell number and no response from her a week later I stopped by and the same 2 young girls expressed their discomfort with the situation and advised they will give her a message but nothing...
