Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza arrived. NBD, I called Domino's, talked to girl ... everything seemed ok, asked for delivery of my pizza, she said they would send someone out with the sausage/pepperoni pizza, indicating they were, ".. having trouble with the tickets, apologized and are trying to figure it out." Because my pizza was on the way, I gave the cheese pizza to the Security Guard at our frontgate, to be nice! 1 1/2 hours later... still no pizza. BTW, this is the 2nd time (in a row) that particular Domino's has messed up a pizza. Last time, is was so poorly prepared and delivered (I never called them or said anything), but I received an email coupon for a free pizza. Tonight I did call the Manager, someone named Javonne, or Javonnee. - he spoke too fast. I explained a somewhat negative trend, asking for my correct pizza to be delivered... and the Manager hung up on me!? DO NOT USE this Domino's, there are more in the area that are probably better. This Domino's attitude appears to have the lack of class that Jevonne the Manager displayed by hanging up. If the pizza is wrong... no bit deal - hang up on the customer and they will go away. I do recommend Westchase Pizza, timely and friendly, with the correct order. Pizza...

It’s a hit and miss with this place. I got better but last two times it’s going south. We ordered a veggie specialty and stuffe bread with spinach. Stuffed bread was coming apart because there was hardly any cheese. Same with pizza. Very light on veggies and it supposed to have feta cheese on it but there is none. On top of that I went for a car delivery. My app was showing pizza is done and completed order. Waited for 5 mins and then went inside. Pizza was lying on the rack. Guy said it just came out but looking at the pizza I can say it was sitting there for a while. Stopping any more pizza from her. Will go to Marcos on Linebaugh. They have got better.

Update - Gave them another try. Much better veggies pizza today although I have to wait for more than 40 mins for it. I went to the store and employees were really working hard. Hope they keep the momentum and the quality.

Aug 2024 update - as I mentioned earlier it’s hit and miss place. Today we ordered large size pizza with 5 toppings. Pizza came in large box but I can guarantee you size is less than 14”, closer to medium size, toppings were so rare. I’m wondering they change the order if you use coupon. Our family decided to quit on this...

BEWARE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF SO RUDE!!!!!!! Over an 1hr 20mins... Talked to Ozzie was so RUDE. Then Cody the manager came on the phone and i explained how ladt time we waited over an 1hr and 45mins for our delivery, and now this time has been over an hour and 20mins ..i was told well we get busy. No apology.. Nothing. I order Dominos atleast 5-6 times monthly from this location. Cody just called me back now to tell me his computer shows the pizza was delivered. I told him i dont have the pizza. I advised ill walk outside and there was a car. I described the car and he said he didnt know what his driver was driving....hmmmm... So i asked her, her name as she got out of the car she said jennifer. I advised her i canceled my order. Cody said, i need to get to the bottom of this because my driver. Listed it as delivered.. Weird. As if i was lieing about recieving my pizza. Needless to say i waited 1hr 20mins for a pizza that said would be deilvered in 20-25 mins. Then was talked to very crudely and then was talked to like i was lieing about the pizza. CHECK YOUR MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. NOT A FREQUENT LOYAL CUSTOMER....
