This is one of the worst agencies that I have worked with.They sent one Cna that could not bend over and really do anything. I had been with this agency for about 4 years and getting assistance with my grandmother whom is 99 years old. The Cna’s come one day and the next day may not show up at all and nobody even let you know. The person in charge doesn’t even call you back when she says she will. I have tried to stick with this agency because we did have one person for the last 3 1/2 years until she also left one day without really confirming that she had gone. Be cautious with this unprofessional place. I severed my relationship with this agency today. The agency did not even attempt to correct the problem and I had to keep calling them.
