Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This is probably the single most worst pizzeria I've ever been to in My Life. I came here about 2 weeks ago and got a cheese pizza that was so burnt and crispy and disgusting that we did not even eat it. I called to try to get a replacement and was refused I should have never come back. Now tonight I went inside the building and asked how long it would take for a cheese pizza to be ready, this is July 25th 2025 the gentleman at the counter approximately 6:20 p.m. told me it would be 2 minutes I then sat in the lobby for the next 32 minutes waiting for my pizza to be ready. I will never come here again not only are their pizzas absolutely disgusting but their customer service is terrible and their employees are liars. If anybody is reading this please go to Papa John's right...

The pizza is good if you have them make it fresh. The hot and ready are hit or miss on freshness. I don't like that you can't place orders online after 7pm but the store doesn't close until 8?

When you try to call the store after 7pm to place an order the employees do not answer the phone. They are still open however they are to lazy or they are busy cleaning to ensure they get out by 8pm.

It's very disappointing and this has happened over 10 times now so we make sure to place order by 7pm. Just not sure why they are open for an hour after online orders aren't available. I would assume sales for the last hour are so minimal. I'm definitely not going into the store to place an order.

I'm sure Domino's appreciates my business when I can't get my Detroit...

I had ordered Pizza from here before and never had an issue. Today I went and I waited a long time which they told me it was going to be only 12 minutes. They had my Order ready sitting on the counter and didn’t even tell me it was ready so I was waiting there for a long time. The Pizza was cold and the Italian bread was soaked in oil. It looks like they drop the whole bottle in it. The bread had oil dripping from it. There are new people there and they look lost and they are talking and laughing and not paying attention on the customers. I had called 3 times and nobody picks up the phone.
