Empire Food Plaza — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Hard to say. No one was there during business hours. Someone rolled up on a bicycle and opened the door and walked away. Never spoke to use, didn't turn on lights. We went inside and waited a minute since for was propped open. He never came back, so we found the guy outside. He something about the person isn't here, had appointment even though it was 4 hours past opening. Very strange experience. Never got to eat, never really saw anyone else. Maybe it's better at dinner time instead...
