Racist location if you are black just know they will follow you around the entire store and help you with an attitude if they speak english! This was not a one time thing I've gone in there on several occasions over the span of a year and it happens everytime! I even told the manager today about ome of the sales associates coming directly where I was standing to put stuff on a shelf with no excuse me nothing and hitting me with the stuff she had 3 times. He first kept saying g who the customer when I clearly stated it was the lady on the first register like 3 times to him already. They have good merchandise, but their cashiers are consistently slow and unmotivated to move the line along. They consistently stop in the middle of ringing customers up to talk to a passer-by who they know, or stop to put hangers up or just stop to talk among themselves, although there could be 9 or 10 in line with 1 or 2 cashiers. More often than not there is absolutely no urgency to take care of the customers.Someone should explain to them that their whole reason for being a cashier is to wait on customers, so they should show they value their job by giving their customers their full attention and provide quick and efficient service. Love the store. Have spent tons of money there. Great selection and prices. My one pet peeve is when I go to checkout. There always seems to be cashiers that have very long conversations with each customer. Mostly about family. Yesterday I was there and stood in line along with 15 other people for 20 minutes. There was only one casher at the time. Lo and behold, instead of rushing to help everyone, this one cashier stood there and helped a woman, who couldn't speak English, fill out a credit application. I was so pissed I always dropped my purchases and left. If you want to fill out an application form, there should be a special desk just for that. Very frustrating to...
