Moxie's Too cafe & Deli — Restaurant in Citrus Park

I never take the time to write reviews bit this is a deserved one. I don't order from this location very often and there's a reason for that. All but 1 time in the last few years have I ordered from Moxies II and they've gotten the order incorrect. Since I don't have the time to drive back and resolve it I just deal with it. Well today I decided to make the time to call and nicely let them know the issue. I ordered a Gyro and a wrap both without onions which I expressed more than once. The girl over the phone repeatedly told me that they didn't put any onions on them as I offered to gladly send them NOW pictures of both items with onions and she had nothing to say. I did t ask for my money back nor to replaced the order. I only asked for them to acknowledge the mistake and that's it. I got nothing and I told her that I will no longer dine there. She seemed to care less. People must start being held accountable or there's just no reason for anything anymore. Thanks...

This was pretty much the saddest excuse of a $10 sandwich I've seen recently. That price does not include drink or chips. The tuna doesn't even stretch across all the bread and was pretty thin. Literally about half of the sandwich around the crust was just dry bread. Meanwhile, I can get a gigantic tuna sandwich at Publix with all the fixings for $7 so filling I would have leftovers. This sandwich barely satisfied me or even classified as lunch. The only reason why I did not give it a one-star is because it came out quickly and the little I did eat wasn't bad. It was just a shame it didn't didn't seem worth it. In my honest opinion my sandwich should not have cost more than $6. It was reminiscent of a gas station sandwich that doesn't exceed $5. After coming here for over 30 years I was disappointed to see that the portions have gotten small and the prices have gone up. I had a voodoo which is my usual and the amount of egg on it was half what it normally is the bread overpowered the egg salad. Very disappointed I, will give it one more shot to see if it's any better but I'm not counting on it. I am speaking for 2 people because my partner agrees with me.
