Update and a draw down to ZERO stars alert
Updated 3.31.23 the worst food and visit ever we came in 6:05 on a Friday night was seated 12 minutes later, we had a female server by the name of Yiveni.... My dining partner and I ordered the fish fry Friday thinking it would be quick on a Friday night as they were beginning to get very busy waited about. 19 minutes and got our food. The coleslaw tasted bad by the taste, both the fellow. I was eating with and myself told the server, there is something off about the flavor we don't want that coleslaw. There's something wrong with it, she took it away she did not return for about 11 minutes with A follow up much less an answer as to what's wrong with the slaw. NOR any replacement coleslaw or anything else as a substitute. Next I began pulling my fried fish apart only to realize its crispy crispy burnt overcooked fried food as can be seen in the pictures I posted of this failure of a meal. The server never did offer anything to replace either coleslaw or the fish on 1 plate, not that we asked for such. we should not have to ask for such. Finally the bill was delivered before she asked if everything was okay and we said NO, the Cole slaw was bad and now we know the at least one of the fried fish was overcooked. And she could see the fish was tattered and she already knew she didn’t respond to the refused coleslaw from the get-go, she never cared, much less did anything about it..finally. I'm trying to pay the bill. The manager shows up and asks if we would like something replaced as I have already communicated, expressed ourselves all thru dinner and this lady I believe was named Jen . That it's too little too late too far, too gone dinner was RUINED and I am paying for it already….. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE I will never return to this restaurant location. 1ST Quarter2023 Holmes was our server, we told.him on our intial meeting.we were.gonna order the endless shrinp and he said fine but had to go take some other orders so we waited for him for a Monday night just after 5pm at our table, I thought we would be served and would have eaten quickly arriving just after 5pm, here it is 547 and we still have not even seen any food but the Cheddar bay biscuits. We asked I it would take 20 minutes per.refill and he said , "how I usually handle it , is that when i bring refills, i ask what you want for a refill" The plates of food we ordered came at 5:53 mismatched with coconut shrimp on my wife's plate who hates coconut and mine came with her shrimp skewers with rice over my plate... It took too long for refills, and we were on site an hour plus to get our first refill of shrimp. Although delicious, the experience was mishandled and drawn out. I did ask Holmes if it was the kitchen or otiherwise for the delays, he thought about and eventually shook his head No...i verbalized to him that our service was more than 20 minutes in between refills, he never did ask us if we wanted refills after 80 minutes of sitting at his table and we were unsatisfied and i was greatly disappointed... never mentioned anything, never got management, but was sure to wave bye on our way out. The Cheddar bay biscuits were missing their flavoring and / or seasoning, the shrimp was good, and the result otherwise amounts to not again at this Red Lobster!

Read moreHORRIBLE!!!!! Walked in and had to wait 10 Minutes to be seated and the parking lot is empty. While two servers were chatting it up, saw my fiance and I walk it. They finished there conversation and made no attempt to even greet or acknowledge us and the bartender walks up and says just a moment let me go get the host. THEN finally got seated, I kid you not! It took the waitress another 12 minutes to come to the table. When she finally did come, she brought biscuits which was great however we haven't even ordered our drinks yet. Well drinks took another 7 minutes. My fiance was starving and didn't want to wait and started eating then of course he got thirsty... but nothing to drink. I knew better but by the time I ate a biscuit when drinks were on the table they were cold. So the manager doing manager things is going to tables asking how things are and i told him honestly the service sucks and told him what i just explained. He apologized and got new biscuits himself immediately! BUT THEN! THE WORST PART OF IT ALL! We got our food. I got the choose 2 shrimp combo. I ordered two shrimp scampi's and fries for the side. As I was on my last 3 shrimp i noticed something black on a shrimp I was about to eat.... IT WAS A BUG!!!! I IMMEDIATELY THEW UP MY FOOD, TOLD MY FIANCE I NEED TO GO TO THE CAR BEFORE I SNAP. I WENT TO THE CAR AND THREW UP 2 more times!!!! My fiance ended up paying for his meal and 2 bottle beers and 20% off. They took my meal Off. Honestly you all are lucky i went to the car because if I had stayed in that booth, I would refuse to pay and wouldn't have. It's not like it was good food and bad service, or great service and bad food. SERVICE SUCKS AND THE KITCHEN!!!!! I AM SCARED TO KNOW IF IT IS EVEN CLEAN BACK THERE! Who knows if bugs are crawling around on the surfaces that the food is being handled on, or are things not having lids put on it? Absolutely disgusting. My stomach...
Read moreI am here on vacation for the thanksgiving holidays visiting my parents and wanted to treat them to a lobster seafood experience! We came here was seated at the booth my mother early 60s bifocals on, slow moving with a walking aid was looking forward to her dining experience. We was welcomed by a young server who requested ID from both myself and my elderly mother who wasn’t even drinking the glass of sangria I ordered for myself! The point, as a 37 years old I understand you are doing your job however! ID me, not my obviously elderly mother who was embarrassed having to empty the contents of her handbag at the table to look for her state ID before I was allowed to be served the Glass of damn Sangria!
My ID which I presented for my drink should suffice! Why be stupid and ID an obviously elderly woman! Who wasn’t even drinking? I asked to speak to the manager, as at no point whilst she was rummaging through her bag was this request waved, it was laughable. A very very large man stood in front of me with not a shred of understanding all I got was “I trained my staff to challenge under 40” this man was uninterested no apology no nothing absolutely appalling service maybe he should eat the less of those biscuits and train the staff more
According to the law it’s challenge 21 not the evidently hard working elderly members of our society! Who wasn’t even drinking an alcohol beverage I was just trying to treat her to a late lunch!
We would of loved to have stayed and given you the opportunity to savage our initial experience however your general manager lacked a range of fundamental interpersonal skills and complaint management training. So we went to bonefish instead service was excellent I may add.
