Do yourself a favor and stay away. The food is overpriced garbage. The food comes from a wholesale food distributor. it is not local, fresh or worth the deeply inflated price tag. The very large blonde waitress who can barely even fit within the tables is RUDE. Im not even counting when her boyfriend, who clearly doesnt even work there, came in in some chef outfit, came right up to the table as we were giving our order and pulled her away. We then did not see her for 15 minutes. This was before we even got our drinks. entirely unprofessional. I did let her know that. She just told me not to worry about it. once again displaying how professional noble crust isnt.
Later, I was trying to order the extremely overpriced mimosa. I asked what champagne is used. she told me prosecco. I told her prosecco is not champagne. she immediately became agitated and snippy with me. She walked off again not to return for quite some time. We just left. I do not know what experience this wait staff has. but if a waiter thinks prosecco and champagne are the same thing, they need to work in fast food. You dont advertise craft cocktails and then make mimosas with prosecco. Who made this drink menu? a recovering alcoholic? a 20 year old? Someone without taste buds? Noble crust tries to be this cute little overpriced trendy place. but every single thing about the place is a put off. The price. bad. The food. bad. The service. awful. The ambiance. lackluster and leaves you feeliing like you are in a hospital. The managing staff is also unprofessional. The large manager runs around the entire time like a chicken with her head cut off. Yelling, oozing sweat, hair flying everywhere.
Noble crust is an overpriced circus minus the entertainment. I took a peak into the drink station. They dont even clean your glasses properly. When you order water, they use some nasty microfiber cloth to wipe all the leftovers off. They then just toss the microfiber into a pile of 100 nasty microfibers that are not even hidden from view. They then just reach into that nasty pile and clean your glasses with it again. I figured out what was going on with a 3 second peek. I can only imagine what they are doing with your plates and silverware in the back. Nasty Crust is what they should change their name to. This place isnt even deserving of a single star. I give them 0/5 on all fronts. Atrocious, horrifying, disrespect and laziness are the only words that come to mind when I think about Nasty Crust. I had a couple friends with a similar experience (because of course they did at this place) post a negative review as well. A few days later the manager messaged them both offering a free meal for the review to be taken down? If you have to literally bribe your patrons to not give you a bad review. you should be wholly ashamed. Plus, literally dominos has better pizza than you. That is more than...
Read moreI visited Noble Crust this evening to celebrate my birthday, which let me notate was my first time at the establishment, and unfortunately, the service experience left much to be desired. While I typically don’t write reviews, I believe it’s important to provide honest feedback—especially for an establishment that markets itself as high-end. My friend and I arrived slightly late, being the last to join our party. Upon arriving, the server took my friend’s drink order but then abruptly walked away without acknowledging me or asking for mine. This set the tone for what would be an underwhelming and frustrating dining experience. Despite my friend mentioning to the server that it was my birthday, no effort was made to elevate the service or acknowledge the occasion. When I finally placed my drink order, I specifically requested it to be made with tequila. Later in the evening, when we ordered a second round and asked for the same tequila-based version, we were told the original drinks hadn’t been made with tequila at all. This led to us unintentionally mixing liquor, which we had hoped to avoid—especially while dining with family. The service continued to decline during the dinner order process. I asked to substitute a side that came with my meal, even offering to pay any upcharge, but was told it wasn’t possible. I then asked simply to remove the fries and add a different side altogether—again, I was told it could not be done. Watching the same server later speak with management to accommodate a different guest’s request only added to my frustration. I ultimately had to approach the bar myself to speak directly with a manager, who informed me that my original request was possible. Thankfully, it was corrected, but this extra step should never have been necessary. Throughout the evening, the server repeatedly responded to issues by saying, “I’m new, I’m sorry.” While I can empathize with someone learning the ropes, Noblecrest positions itself as a fine dining experience—and in such environments, servers should be properly trained before handling larger parties. Ours simply wasn’t equipped to manage a table of seven (five adults and two children). If a server isn’t ready for that level of responsibility, it’s unfair to both the guest and the employee to put them in that position. I was genuinely looking forward to dining at Noble Crust, but this experience left me disappointed. Should I return, I would likely opt to sit at the bar instead. I hope this feedback helps improve training and consistency in service...
Read moreTitle: Extremely Disappointing Pizza Experience - Avoid This Restaurant
I recently had lunch at this restaurant, and I must say, it was a major letdown. While the staff appeared friendly and welcoming, the overall dining experience left a lot to be desired.
The atmosphere was pleasant, and my friend and I decided to try both a pizza and fried chicken. Before placing our order, I specifically inquired about the pizza, asking if it was made in a wood burner oven, to which the waiter confidently confirmed. However, when our food arrived, things went downhill rapidly.
The fried chicken had an overpowering smell of raw chicken and lacked any discernible seasoning. It was a major disappointment. But the real catastrophe was the pizza. As an Italian head pizza chef with 17 years of experience, I was appalled by what was presented to me.
The pizza was severely undercooked, with a barely fermented dough that should have gone through at least a 48-hour fermentation process at room temperature. Instead, I was served a pale, doughy mess that had no resemblance to an authentic Italian pizza.
The pizza chef's lack of skill was evident, as he had used an excessive amount of flour on the dough, causing a burnt taste and leaving a trail of flour all over the plate. When I brought this up with the waiter, he merely conveyed my complaint to the pizza chef, without offering any resolution or apology.
To add insult to injury, I discovered that the pizza was not even cooked in a wood burner oven, as I had been misled to believe. From my vantage point, I could clearly see that the oven was powered by gas, with no wood in sight throughout the entire 40-minute wait.
In the end, the pizzas were nothing more than tomato puree and cheese on a tortilla bread - a far cry from the authentic Italian experience they claimed to provide.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and honesty from the waiter and the overall quality of the food. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant, as it fails to deliver on its promises and disappoints customers who seek an authentic dining experience. Save your time and money by choosing another establishment with more reputable...
