Magic Tea and Coffee — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Super upsetting me and my boyfriend have been here multiple times before always great service and great drinks upon ordering our drinks the guy at the counter had quite an attitude with answering questions but I digress we ordered and waiting for our drinks I poked to large of a hole in my cup and was going to drive an hour away and wanted to avoid any mess in the car and asked the guy working at time if I could get the same lid as my boyfriend and he explained to me he could not I then offered to pay and he followed up with a attitude and said let me go check the back he came back and said if .75 was a fair price I agreed because from the beginning I said I would pay for the plastic top which shouldn’t have mattered to begin with as I’m a paying customer he then paused and looked at me and said why can’t I just use my boyfriends top once he is finished with his drink which completely would defeat my purpose of trying to get the top in the first place I ended up just walking out as I’m 7 months pregnant and not going to sit up and argue with this guy over a top that if he could not give to me for the drink I could have just paid for very bad customer service won’t be going if he is working I know it probably seems silly but it really upset me how I paid for two drinks same price and my boyfriend order the same drink and never got that top before so why couldn’t I just get the top if I paid and was simple trying to avoid...

Quality of product was never an issue. Recently, however, owners or management has obviously decided to try to save pennies on product by ripping off their customers and basically putting so much ice in their tea cups that a straw can’t even penetrate the wall of ice. When asked for product without ice, they up charge an extra dollar which is fine, but still fail to fill the cup even 2/3 full. Overall it’s very patronizing and makes the experience of tea very cheap and unattractive. People are willing to pay the margins which are very high on tea to begin with, but fill the damn cups will you? How cheap. Lifetime customer value matters more than saving a few cents per cup which are already being sold much higher than production cost. Look at these photos. Upcharged for no ice...

Today I was having a girl's day with one of my daughters and we decided to come check out the new Daiso shop and decided we needed a boba. This place was just down the road on the way home and it was such a a treat! She ordered a Sakura & Blue butterfly pea flower milk Tea w/ butterfly pea flower crystal bubba. I decided I wanted to try the cream brulee Ube with Foam. I ended up getting black boba and lychee jelly to my order as well as a Taiyaki to share.

All were made fresh and tasted amazing! The two young ladies working this afternoon were awesome! They were friendly, warm, welcoming and efficient.

Thank you for finishing our amazing girls day today! We look forward to coming over to Tampa side again and grabbing a few more things to try from you...
