Horrible service and RIDICULOUS PRICES! I asked for two sandwiches, one with bacon egg and cheese the bread was hard they only put TWO SMALL pieces of bacon in it. On my other sandwich i wanted butter and bacon they DID NOT EVEN PUT THE BACON ON THE SANDWICH!! They put 1 and a half of Bacon in a To Go Box CHARGED ME EXTRA $3 FOR 2 PIECES OF BACON!!??? WHAT A RIP OFF ! THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A GLASS OF ORANGE JUICE THEY SAID IT WAS $4 JUST FOR A SMALL GLASS OF JUICE!! IDK WHAT THESE PPL ARE THINKING,BUT THEY ARE OVER PRICED, HAVE NO FLAVOR IN,THEIR FOOD AND DO NOT CARR ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Best panadería ever. We arrived there around 6:10am and they were fully loaded. We ordered a ton of stuff, buñuelos, empanadas con carne, empanadas con queso, pan de bonos, arepas de choclo con queso y café con leche. Everything was delicious and if we ever come back to these parts we will definitely be stopping by again. Customer serves was awesome, my Spanish isn't the best, but she was very patient with me! Hoy me levante con deseo de come empanada de carne y papa (colombianas) Fui a Santa Monica Bakery Note que había un anuncio donde dice que tenían ahora empanadas SOLO de papa. Pero pedí 3 de Carne con papa. Cuando mordí la primera empanada tenía papá con cilantro. Y dije bueno se equivoco con esta. Abrí la segunda y era lo mismo. Decido entrar y decirle a una de las chicas. Que a lo mejor la otra muchacha se había confundido y me había dado la de SOLO papa. Y ella ve las empanadas y me dice que no. Que esas son las de carne con papa. Y le dije no mira eso es papa con cilantro. Ella insistió. Y me miro como si la loca era yo. No hizo ningún gesto de querer buscar una con Carme y papa (ya que me imagino TODAS se ven iguales son PAPAS CON CILANTRO!)…… Que manera de robarle al cliente. Today I decided to get beef with potatoes empanadas at this bakery. I asked for 3 of them. Got them seat on my car and opened the first one and it was potatoes with cilantro. (Now they did had a poster in the restaurant that said potatoes empanadas for $1) So I said maybe the lady got confused and gave me the wrong one. Opened the second one it was the same potatoes with cilantro. I decided to go back in show one of the ladies that work there. She looked at them and said no. That’s the beef with potatoes I said I’m sorry but there is no beef. That’s just potatoes and cilantro. She looked at me like I was the crazy one.
