Update: Placed an order that was completely wrong when delivered. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks and only 1 sandwich was correct and edible. So my husband went by the store and spoke to the manager who I thought was great. They apologized and offered to make it right and refund the order which was thru uber and cost $67. They told him it would take 3 to 5 business days to show up and we waited a week to receive the refund and never did. Today my husband went back and was told now they would only refund 1 sandwich and 1 drink which is what he had with him the day when he went by to talk to them about how messed up the order was. I tossed the other sandwich and two drinks and had to order food from somewhere else. I never expected a refund but the manager did offer and I thought since they're new maybe they are really going above and beyond to bring in business and it was a pleasent surprise, they were standing behind the quality (or lack) of their product. Word of mouth is everything, especially when you have two Starbucks near by, one on each side of you! Then on a phone call after today's visit he was told to now go through uber who of course said because it's over a week cannot do anything to help. How disappointing. Lesson learned though, never again!
Nice place; they completely redid the store and it looks really good. The people are friendly and the food itself is good if made correctly. The iced coffee not so much! I've placed several orders since they opened because of the convenience of their location and every iced vanilla coffee I've order except for the first one is horrible! I don't know what they changed but most of them taste more like sugarless burnt coffee then a sweeter...
Read moreOn Memorial Day my husband visited the shop. We accept fault for not looking into our bag and making sure our food was correct before leaving. It’s not something we normally do as we like to assume accuracy.
I called the shop right away and let them know we got the wrong food. At almost $10 a sandwich I figured if we got the wrong foood someone else is going to miss their sandwich. The person who answered the phone let me know I could come back in at any time and my name would be at the front for a replacement. Whomever took my complaint asked me for only my first name so I assumed all good things.
I visited the store for my replacement and asked the girl at the drive thru if she could look as they had left my name. She didn’t even bother. She told me she didn’t know about anything and hadn’t heard about it at all, took my order and went inside.

Read moreI visited this cute little coffee shop for the first time recently while visiting a friend in Tampa. I’m not a bit coffee drinker myself and had a lot of questions about alternatives which the barista, Sophie, answered so kindly and patiently. I also knew I wanted to try some of the flavors they had listed because they have plenty of interesting ones like caramel apple butter, cinnamon bun, ube, etc. Sophie recommended getting a flavored chai as an alternative to coffee and encouraged me to try getting a flavored cold foam to pair with it. I ended up ordering a toffee nut chai with toasted marshmallow cold foam. It was absolutely delicious, it tasted like summer camp and Christmas in a cup. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back the next time I’m in Tampa to try...
