I’ve been here a couple times but I’ve been waiting until I received a full manicure and pedicure service before leaving a review.

The first time I came, I needed a fix for a builder gel manicure I got somewhere else the day before and just wanted a design. They usually don’t do that on other people’s manicure base but did that day and I really appreciated it. They took a clunky and pretty ugly manicure and did the design I wanted perfectly.

The second time I came I needed a fill on that first builder gel manicure. I wanted the previous gel to be removed because it was the builder gel in the jar and I prefer the bottle because it’s thinner and more natural, and I had a design that I wanted that I provided pictures of. There was a misunderstanding and they ended up using the jar builder gel but, with some filing down, were able to get the thickness just right. The design didn’t turn out the way I expected because of the colors used but, she still ended up doing a great job and they looked very cute. I was overall very very pleased. When I went to pay, the owner was gracious enough to give me a discount because what I got wasn’t what I asked for. It wasn’t necessary because they were still cute but insisted and it was appreciate.

This most recent time, I went for a builder gel manicure and gel pedicure. The pedicure was phenomenal. Wonderful massage, very neat, and he was great. My nails came out great as well. She made sure I was satisfied every step of the way, changed what I didn’t like, and everything was great.

I am not one to leave reviews so much, but today, I will. This was my first time coming to this salon it is far for me, considering I live 40 minutes away. I booked my appointment online, which I like because I don't always want to call. I scheduled for a dip powder ombre manicure and green tea pedicure with Vicki. I received text/ email reminders the night before and the morning of my appointment. Unexpectedly, i got a phone call from the salon confirming my appointment 30 minutes prior to arriving, which is very efficient. As soon as you walk in, there is a receptionist, which is great because you don't have to worry about your nail tech getting distracted. Also, they tell each person to wash their hands as soon as I walk in another plus. Vicki was very kind and asked me what I wanted before starting from color, shape, design, etc. The pedicure was one of the best pedicures, and it wasn't no 2 minute massage like most places give you. The experience was very relaxing. I also liked how the staff was polite and attentive without having side conversations with their co-workers they really focused on their customer. Vicki was very thorough in her work and a pleasure to be around. Also, this salon has the most dip powder colors I've ever seen it's amazing. When you're done, they break down the price so you know exactly what you paid for. This was definitely worth the drive and the money. My appointment was at 11:30am and finished at about 1:30 if anyone was looking for an estimated time frame. Thank you. I'll definitely be...

I really don’t understand how this Nail salon has received high rating. I think they pay web people to do that. I was a walk-in never been there before. Was greeted properly and then given to the tech, her name was Mimi. She proceeded to say she will do my nails and pedicure. Have to do my pedicure everything was great then she dismisses me and . gave me to someone else. No explanation no nothing. Apparently this new text was totally unexperienced and she couldn’t understand English. I was ready to walk out with my nails undone. They then gave me a younger tech her name was San . She did a good job, but my nails were extremely bumpy and I did not want her to do A design. She was extremely polite and tried to make sure my nails look great. It’s not her fault. She needs more experience. The owners of the SALON were MIA. Very rude very disrespectful not welcoming not even asking if everything was OK. I just walked out and proceeded down to the next salon which fixed my nails And gave me beautiful design.I will never walk into This nail salon again. Again, They must pay people. To get great ratings Oh By coincidence the owner is replying wrong salon , it’s a different Salon little do they know a receipt comes along when you pay with a credit card. Unfortunately they don’t realize that. So this is an honest true review. Owner doesn’t want to own up to anything like I said they were MIA and rude And not owning Up to being apologetic for their rudeness and their techs That are not trained properly....
