Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in City of Albany

I see what everyone else means by you have to wait 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged even though your the only customer in the store. I ordered mild wings and got extra hot wings, I had to throw them away! I called and was told my complaint would be forwarded to the manager and I would have my miney refunded back to my card. Days later no refund, I call for days straight because they don't know how to pick up a phone and when they finally do I was told again my information was forwarded. At ine point I even stopped back in because they dont answer the phone. I never heard from this said manager, but did get a text from the manager of corporate stores and told she can't help as the to gos are all under franchise. The management of these locations are horrible. I'd just steer far from this place. It's dirty, the staff don't care about your service, your food will most likely be cooked wrong and there's nothing you can do about it. I'd...

I have tried calling to speak to management, employees will not let you. If your a DM for buffalo wild wings this location needs serious help. they are rude to customers, and blame the customers for their issues. i understand it gets busy, but they forgot my wings last friday. THE BUFFALO WILD WINGS PRINTER WAS OUT OF INK. When he "couldnt read the receipt" he told me he cant re mske my wings for free, and that it would take 30 minutes to make an order if id like to pay for more wings. if i never received the wings…how did not pay?

yesterday i ordered on uber eats…i orded wings, fried pickled and curds. they gave me one EMPTY BOX one bag of random sauces? and one box of cheese curds.

when i tried calling the store no one answered. i tried for 30 minutes as they charged me for the food.

This is a new location and the employees have no guidance....

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude! Took 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged and when I asked if I could use my birthday reward the person taking my order went to ask someone and it took them another 10 minutes to come out. The person then asked me for my id which is a little odd might I add if the reward is available on the app then I should be able to use it. She tells me that she cannot accept it until my actual birthday which is literally the next day. I was appalled at the service and laziness of the crew that works here. I have since looked at the rewards program and you are able to use in during the month of your birthday not just your actually birthday....
