I work at a Family Practice very close to this location. We order food from this place on a daily basis. I had ordered a you pick two... Soup and Salad. I had opened my salad and was not given the correct dressing I had requested. Then I look and on the egg in my salad and a hair was in it. So I call to speak with the manager and got Douglas who had stated he was the Store Manager. I advised him of the situation, he then stated he would send a new salad. I then advised that I don't want a salad and I would like a refund. He then stated that this is something that happens all the time. I then asked "Hair is in your food all the time??" He got short with me and said YES! He then stated, so you have never gotten hair in your food before? I then requested to speak with his boss, he said that he is the boss and no one is above him. I then demanded the corporate office number. He then stated that this is something I need to get use to. Not only will I NEVER order form this location again, I am making sure everyone in my office is made aware of this. Also I am talking to my boss and requesting that she no longer orders for meetings etc. To make that comment to a customer is not ok! The fact you think it is normal to get hair in food is NOT OK! Many germs are in hair! It makes me wonder what else is ok. Do employees wash hands after they use the bathroom? Do they properly clean the silverware and dishes? I strongly advise anyone who is reading this to second guess purchasing food at this location.
FYI I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM A 1...
Read moreMy daughter and I had a late-ish lunch here. I ordered a large order of the "new" Broccoli and Cheddar Mac & Cheese w/a side of Tomato Basil Cucumber salad. ($10.88) My daughter had the You Pick Two option where she chose their standard Mac & Cheese w/a half Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich. ($10.28) For beverages, I chose the Prickly Pear Hibiscus Tea ($2.59) and daughter had a Fountain Soda ($2.59) Both were Regular Size which is 20 fluid ounces.
I wish I could say that the "new" Broccoli Mac & Cheese was a real find, but it looked and tasted like they took their famous Broccoli Cheddar Soup and just added (overcooked) pasta shells to it. It was tasty but definitely not anything exciting or new. Plus, my "large" order was the same amount as my daughter's small/half order. The rest of our meal was standard Panera fare and while tasty, neither of us felt that what we received was worth the roughly $40 bill. (that's not including taxes) I'm sure we'll eat at Panera in the future but I don't think it will be our first choice when deciding where to eat. (I was a bit distracted so I forgot to take photos to show...
Read moreNow, if you like being insulted and mocked, then that's the place to be. I had a really terrible experience at the kingston location. Please don't waste your time and money there. The manager Jorge Hernandez was rude and disrespectful to me and my son. He refused to give me my credit card after they took it off our table. We went to use the bathroom and when we returned my belongings were removed from the table. I went up to the register and asked is someone picked it up by mistake. I was insulted by the cashier who said that they are not responsible for anything. He then said they have my credit card but won't give it to me because I need to provide my ID. I explained that my ID was in my car which we had dropped off for service. I said we just ordered the food and I showed the receipt (we hadn't even eaten yet). He refused, the manager came and also refused, said it's company policy. I said, we just left to use the bathroom and they took the credit card off the table. Long story short, I had to go and get my ID and return. After the ordeal. The manager said "That wasn't so hard was it." Very...
