This is a very pretty fountain in a lovely Albany park but like everything else...its hard to have nice things because people just dont respect the joys of what is around them. When I was at the park yesterday we noticed that someone had thrown a sock up on Moses head. One has to wonder why ruining beautiful things gives people pleasure. Its going to require a park service person and machinery to get it down. Very senseless really and now everyone has to look at it while the fountain is at its busiest with the tulip festival. ...
