The owner of this establishment was very rude while I tried to place an order a week ahead for my birthday cake. Her hours to order a custom cake begins on Thursday-Saturday . I sent my order on Friday via an intake form on her site. She did not even look at the form she has you fill out as she had multiple questions which were already answered on the form and fixated on one particular detail thus ignoring everything else I stated, after 3 days of clarifying all details I wrote on HER form. She then cancelled my order stating I that I made too many changes when in fact all she had to do was read the form she makes you fill out. I was very clear but I guess that’s fundamental . Mind you, on day one I asked her how can I send my payment to secure my spot. I got a tres leches cake from this business for my birthday. My eldest sister ordered it for me on short notice and they said they could absolutely make the cake!! I haven’t had a cake this delicious in so long. Let me explain a little about the cake, it was a beautifully done & decorated cake. It’s not overly sweet if you know what I mean. It’s so perfect.
