400 Delaware Ave., Albany, NY is part of Stanwick Street apartments roaches mice poor maintenance disrespect to renters high prices for rent are there they take advantage of section 8 Saint Joseph’s house and other residence who cannot afford proper living conditions I know someone who lives there who has reported unbelievable conditions to me. You can’t even do a Google review for the buildings because they misrepresent the company‘s names but when you go on Google and look up 27 Stanwick or 400 Delaware the photos come up something is wrong with this people. There are living in horrible conditions code enforcement needs to be present. This is not Mr. Halal on Delaware Ave., Google says this is the company there but it is not. They must post it as this while they’re renting to dozens of people in horrible conditions. I had to post this after being there. Hopefully people will see this who live there or others who don’t to send out the word to take care of this building and the other building on Stanwick Street off of Delaware Avenue...

I visited Mr. Halal Food on their opening day at the end of May and was incredibly impressed. The chicken and lamb combo plate was delicious and packed with flavor, thanks to being cooked on an open grill that you can see right from the ordering counter.
