Well everybody here it is. The worst McDonald’s ever in existence. If I ever have a life changing experience at a fast food restaurant, your boy is writing a review. Last time it was a good review, but now it’s gonna be bad. Save yourself some time and don’t ever eat at this McDonald’s. If you had a choice to either skip lunch for the day or eat here. I would skip. Skip your little heart away. Skip like how you threw those rocks into the lake as a kid. Skip like hop scotch. Skip like an irresponsible high school kid. So I don’t know how it is with all McDonald’s whether or not you have to order from the computer kiosk but for this store the employees force you to use it. You can’t just go up to the cashier, order your your number 1 meal medium and get outta there. They’ll tell you,” we’re not taking your order, go use the computer.” This sort of thing is causing huge problems with the older generation. It’s even taking me awhile as a millennial. It’s a good thing to have but cmonnnn guys, if Grammy Ethel pulls up, don’t make her use the kiosk. The last time I was there a lady in her 50’s refused to use it and said,” I want you to keep your job, now put in my damn meal”. They actually gave into her and put in her meal. It was hilarious. The cashier was saying that she was slammed with customers so the kiosk will help the employees. Which it will don’t get me wrong. BUT, The lady and I looked at the drive through, there were only two cars, and the people in the store were just the lady and I. The cashier was like,” WERE SLAMMED RIGHT NOW.” Idk guys, I’m just typing in what I saw. Ok so moving on with my second experience at this Micky d’s. Go up to the counter and ask for my classic 2 cheeseburgers with a medium coke. Lady says that McDonald’s policy is to have people use the kiosk. So in my head I’m like whatever. World is changing. Fine. 5 seconds later Grandpa Joe walks in and the lady stares right in his eyes and tells him the same thing to me to use the kiosk. Has anybody seen a hopeless situation before your eyes? Well I haven’t seen too many….maybe in movies. Let me tell you, it became a reality before my eyes. Gramps had no idea what he was doing. I felt so bad. I tired to help him but I’m still getting used to it. I finally managed to help him through. It was a doozy. The guy wanted a fliet o fish and fries. He didn’t know how to scroll with his finger. So that’s what I was working with. It was a disaster. Why is it when I come here something like this happens? I’m giving it 2 stars. Entertainment value is great. Food was good…..This is honestly sounding like a 5 star review. Trust me it’s not. Entertainment is mad stressful. It’s like when your sitting in one of those theaters at Disney world and they shoot you with water on the seats. That kinda stuff. Hate it. Yea anyways. Come here or don’t I don’t care. This review won’t change anything. When people want their mcdicks they’ll go and get it. Peace out homies. See you in 4 years til my...

Read moreOn Saturday, January 20, 2023, at 6 am, I paid for breakfast via the mobile app at the drive-through. Despite having pre-paid, I waited at the speaker box for over 10 minutes. After failure to reach anyone, I went to the service window to see what was going on. Once I pulled up, I observed an employee mopping up a spilled orange juice, wearing a drive-thru ear piece. She made eye contact with me, so I expected acknowledgment of some kind. However, she continued mopping without addressing me. Mind you, I already paid for my order and waited another 6 minutes at the window, while she mopped with a wet mopped head.
Frustrated, I went inside, changed my mobile app order to counter pick up, but the employee continued to ignore me. When I approached the side of the counter, she stared at me for 20 seconds before I prompted her to speak. She than responds with attitude, questiones why I would think she's the only one with an earpiece? Than tells me, in a raised voice, that she's been there since midnight. Which I can empathize, but not when you're yelling at.
As the situation escalated, I asked her to lower her voice, drawing the attention of the shift leader. The shift leader intervened, taking the earpiece from the employee. Despite the ordeal, my food sat cold the whole time, and the shift leader handed me my order without addressing the issue. Could tell she was embarrassed.
In summary, customer service at this McDonald's location is severely lacking. Despite the weekday morning employees being commendable, the weekend staff, are horrendous, rude, and disrespectful. Reading through the other reviews, i guess Im not the only one. Considering the decline in service, I am now considering the Delaware location...
