Stopped here for a slice quickly. Place is cute, typically pizza place with a case and small eating area. Wasn’t overly decorate or pristine but it’s “city style” for lack of better terms. Lots of slice selections available. Went with white broccoli and sausage pepperoni ricotta and hot honey. Crust is crispy and crunchy which personally I love. The foldability level is low due the crisp of the crust, so that was sad but still okay. The red sauce is more sweet than garlicky which personally isn’t my preference but it was still tasty. The white broccoli also could have also use a bit more seasoning. Neither were greasy or drippy and I was happy about that since we ate on the go! Overall, the pizza is decent and a better choice than some others I’ve had in the area. It’s definitely good for a snack rather than catering for an entire party !

Spent $50 on a cheeseburger, cheese fries, lava cake and chicken parm dinner. Garlic knots included were bite-size. Cheese on fries was cold. Lava cake was very small for almost $6. Chicken parm was disappointing and it did not looked like the picture. It was more like tasteless pasta with very few pieces of breaded chicken thrown in. Spent extra for the meat sauce, ended up being more pieces of meat from the sauce than the chicken parm. Food is overpriced compared to the quality and portion size. Nothing but the burger looks like the pictures on the menu. Do not recommend.

I ordered a chicken parm sub extra meat and they made a chicken cutlet sub. My husband brought it home and he went back to have them remake it, only to discover they reused the meat and bread from the the chicken cutlet sub. They refused to to refund me or properly make the sub again. They scraped off the the mayo and lettuce from the first sub. That’s gross, cheap, and disrespectful. I only wanted to enjoy my sub I paid for since I’ve been going through so much illness, with Lupus, and they took advantage of me for no reason.

Horrible experience!!!! Do NOT GO here !! There’s A place across the street with much better pizza And customer service!!!!! The Arabic woman at the counter was completely obnoxious. I dropped my boyfriend off to get a large mushroom pizza bc that’s the only kind of pizza my family likes. They get the order wrong and made him a cheese pizza. When he noticed the mistake he immediately told them. And was told well if we make you a mushroom pizza now, we would have to remake the whole thing. (Implying just deal with our mistake) I than pick him up And go home. To my surprise the pizza was not what I had ordered and I asked why didn’t he have them fix it ? And he said they made him feel Bad about their mistake! When they should have been apologetic and saying I’m so sorry sir. Well make you a new pizza right away. It’s late and at this point I had to feed my 2 year old and than I called the pizza place to let them know of the mistake. First off she was rude and kept speaking over me. It took me 10 mins to get out that I wasn’t looking for Madison pizza but the pizza place off Of Madison And that I dropped him off there and I know I had the right place. She wouldn’t let me Speak long enough to get that out that there would be no phone number on this pick up. She than recalls the order And says well I didn't charge him for the mushrooms. I said that’s not the point. It wasn’t what we ordered and He was there waiting for me so they had more than enough time to fix our order. She than said I had to get back into my car and drive and go back there and bring them back the old pizza , And only than would she make me the pizza I ordered. I said if that’s the case than why didn’t you remake The pizza when he First told you that it was Incorrect?? So I said I can’t first Of all, I have a 2 year old asleep in bed And secondly it was their mistake. So they should not only rectify the mistake but deliver the pizza to me. She refused. Then hung up on me!! I called back and she did not answer. It was undeniably unprofessional. I just moved to the downtown Albany area and probably would have gone back there whenever we wanted pizza, but NOT after the way I was treated. And I will Spread the word to all my friends who work on lark street. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever recieved and I’ve never been hung up on before. She must be the owners wife because she wouldn’t let me speak to him and acted extremely entitled. Don’t give this place your business !!!! Let’s get A nice , trendy, small, business in there that makes great food And has even better customer service!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I Would have. Seriously guys save your money and go across the street. The owner is sooo nice , would gladly fix any mistake, And gives you 2 free garlic knots with any slice or pie. So worth it ! Let’s support the good Small businesses in Albany and get rid of rude , Probably rat infested places like...

I made an order directly with " Pizzeroni "in Albany, New York last week. After inquiring about my non delivery order and verifying with the establishment; the woman on the line about the valid order. She then asked me to hold on .Unbeknownst to me. I received via her system a man from" "Door Dash". Which I hadn't ever spoken with. Once he ask me to take my order.I said, " I had been transfered to him about my order with " PizzaRoni", He then asked me to hold on, which I did. Then the women I initially was speaking with from " PizzaRoni" became irate with me asking as to why was I speaking with her. Since she isn't the delivery person. I attempted to explain that I was switched back to her from the " Door Dash" gentleman. Of which I couldn't tell her why. Because, I didn't know why. She then proceeded to scream,& not listen as to my inquiry about my order not being delivered. I attempted to say the delivery issue was with her and "Door Dash" not me. Because I made the order w them; PizzaRoni. Not " Door Dash". After not getting any where as a customer of theirs; for which I won't be again; She obviously, needs "Customer Service" training. I would expect if she continues to interact and arque with her customers as she did with me. I would predict her business demise. She enevitabley hung up the phone on me before resolving the situation. I am out $27 dollars. She'll lose a whole lot more then $27 dollars treating people as she did me today. Yet, I feel bad that those that I was having the pizza go to never received it: Due to this unfortunate situation I will not be recommending this pizza establishment to the many pizza lovers I...

The older man with long black hair in a ponytail is very rude, and sells leftover pizza. I tried coming here two times- every time he tried to sell me left over pizza from the previous night, when there was a fresh pie made… if I wanted a leftover pizza I would have ordered a pie, and ate the leftover tomorrow…

Edit response to owner:

Today you had the cheese pizza you tried to sell me, hiding off the display, so please tell the truth! Once you reheated the leftover pizza, the cheese was burnt because you had previously warmed it up to glaze the cheese so it didn’t look like it came straight out of the refrigerator. The last time I tried to come in, you got mad because my fiancé asked your son how long the pizza was out and you slammed the pizza plate against the glass. Hopefully this comment and my experiences with you will bring integrity into your practice! I grew up here in the capital district, and have always enjoyed your pizza. I have travelled and lived elsewhere but now I come back I experience bad business practice, I refuse to be ok with...
