Amelia's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Auburn

I want to rewrite my review that I left before. I did have a bad experience with some wings from this place so I left a negative review but we have gone back many times since then and we really do like Amelias.

My son and I went in today and got some pizza and as always were treated kindly and with respect and how were doing and so forth. You just cant beat the 5.00 for 2 slices and soda. Hopefully one of these days im going to retry the wings.

The last wings we got was almost a year ago and the person who made them does not seem to be there anymore. The wings were dry to the point I tossed them in the trash because you just could not swallow them and most of them had zero sauce.

On that note in the last 10 months we really have had a great experience everytime we go in and everyone seems polite. So since google would not let me delete my old review I...

We were in the area on vacation and stopped by a different place that didn’t work out due to timing. I Googled the nearest pizza place and stopped here to put in our order and am so happy we did. First, the service was top notch. As out of towners and Midwesterners we had some questions for recommendations. The garlic knots with homemade dough were fire as was the cheesy garlic bread. The pizza was solid and the man in charge talked us through his recommendation for red sauce and the fresh garlic on top. If you’re a garlic lover, this is the place for you—-They did that aspect so well. Overall, the quality of ingredients was phenomenal. I will return on a future vacation for sure. 10/10 for food and 100/10...

I can't say enough positive stuff about this place. Greg and his team are kicking * in the pizza business. Each time we visit from Florida, we have to stop into this shop (BBs in past years, and now Amelia's) multiple times. It has become as much a part of our itinerary as the state parks and attractions we visit. And not just for pizza (which is as good or better than anything we've had in NYC); the people, the hometown feeling, the shenanigans, the NY ethic, oh...and the garbage fries!
