ALDI — Local services in City of Auburn

I absolutely LOVE Aldi! I never heard of the chain until I moved here and I can't believe this store is not EVERYWHERE!! My husband (who is super picky) will eat everything from there. You honestly cannot tell the difference between their brand and the national brand. It's not like the Great Value brand. Their stuff is WAY above the mark. All our condiments come from Aldi, chips, snacks, TP (Which I love), freezer bags, plastic wrap (awesome) and the list goes on. You DO have to check the produce. I am lucky, our store has pretty good produce, but every once in a while it's just a miss. Their frozen chicken strips are our kids fav (hard to find). Their seasonal aisle is a blast to explore. If you see something you might want, BUY IT! It won't be there when you go back.... seriously. Our store now has online ordering and pick up which is a lifesaver! Never been to this Aldi store but I have been to three others. Generally the stores are relatively clean and well organized. There are not many name brand products at this store but if you are shopping here it is because you want to pay what a product is worth rather than for the advertising of the big brands. If shoppers would look at the ingredients of the foods they bought rather than the logo they would find many of the foods available at aldi are better quality and half the price of the stuff at Wegmans. Wegmans is much more expensive than shopping and you get more local produce at Aldi than Wegmans. No fancy advertising, bring your own bags but pay...

I shop at Aldi's regularly because I am a huge fan of the quality and price point at their stores. This Aldi location was a new one for me but based on other reviews, I headed here to do my usual shopping. What a mistake. Unlike other Aldi's, the produce section was non-existent and the quality was lacking. The store was disorganized and appeared quite dirty. The icing on the cake was the woman who checked out my groceries - she literally threw the items I purchased in my cart, especially the cans. Like there was a score to settle. Do not go to this Aldi's. The sub-par quality of this store is an embarrassment...
