Got my order wrong. I ordered stuffed crust and didn't get it. When I noticed it on the receipt I went back in and talked to the girl and asked to make sure it was stuffed crust and she told me she was pretty sure it was.. After getting the pizza and seeing that it wasn't I tried talking to the "manager" Rich he informed me that he was the "HIGHEST" manager and he managed to get "All" the other customers orders (even those with specialties) correct but somehow mine was the only one messed up.. Was very argumentative, conformational and down right rude. He told me he would refund the wrong pizza and charge me for what I wanted and asked for to begin with.. After the wait for the pizza, time arguing with him, the time it would take to make another one I just did not have the time or patience especially being that I had somewhere I had to be.. I am very disappointed in Little Caesars for putting an employee like that in any sort of management...
Read moreRip off alert - today at 3:07 pm when buying a pizza here in Auburn I put in my credit card to pay and the young man said that the “transaction was cancelled” so thinking my card was not working used a second different bank card for the purchase. When I checked my accounts later I found that BOTH cards were charged for the amount of $7.87 in full ! So I went back at 5:45pm and advised the young lady at the counter of this error showing “printed proof” of the double charge and she refused to give me a refund for overage of the double charges and she said “it may be returned in a few days” ! Great customer service ? NOT! I would say steer clear of this place, it’s untrustworthy and scamming customers! ~ Just have to wonder about the product quality in the back if they will do this right in front...
Read moreI’d like to start this review off with I rarely go into an establishment within the last 30 minutes of them being open . Today I walked into this little ceasars location 15 minutes before they closed expecting to have some justified attitude from staff. Contrary to my expectations I walked in to see the cashier Noah with a pleasant smile on his face more than happy to help us. Looking at the case there were many options still available that haven’t been trashed yet. Noah was very pleasant to talk to and had great customer service as well as a great mood. After a few minutes of chit chat and gathering our food he wished us a happy night and continued doing his tasks. Also FYI I loved the cleanliness of the establishment as Noah has just got done washing his hands before helping us out. NOAH...
