Caribbean Patty World & Caribbean Bar & Grill — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

First time trying the food from carribean patty world figured we'd try the patties that they're named after- NAH don't tell me it's gunna be a 20-25 minute wait for 10 chicken patties to be made fresh when i call to have me show up there after the initial 25 minutes for you all to tell me it's gunna be another 15 minutes so I call after 15+ minutes to see if the food is done to have you tell me it'll be another 5 minutes for me to then show up after 5+ minutes and still have to wait for you to bag everything up for me to come home and still have these damn patties be undercooked the dough wasn't even flaky at all such an overall disappointing experience and you call yourselves caribbean patty world? I will NEVER come back here again to bother trying anything else. Would've been better off saving my time and money and going home to make something much better for me...

I love this place. It has a New York City atmosphere without having to travel over 3 hours. The food is five star quality. Their oxtails and rice and beans are full of flavor. Some of the best I've had! Their jerk chicken is excellent and flavored well with a mild sweetness and spicy authentic after taste. I've tried their garlic parmesan, kickin bourbon, and jerk bbq wings; all excellent! Fried to perfection and full of flavor. The prices are fair and reasonable and very well worth it. I always tip. They absolutely earn it as well as my repeat business and very high recommendation. You will honestly not be disappointed. I've been waiting for years for this city to have some authentic Soul, Caribbean/Island style food and this is definitely it. Thank you Caribbean Patty...

I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!! Did a call in order... curry chicken with white rice and plantain. The person taking the order said it will be 45 minutes for the white rice. I said ok because I can't eat curry without white rice! One hour later... showed up at the restaurant and still had to wait 15 minutes for the order. We asked the young lady if it was white rice with the curry chicken. "Isn't that what you ordered" was her response. At this point I'm annoyed because they're ALWAYS so rude at this restaurant.. but we paid for the food and left. Got home and I kid you not... it's rice and peas!! My fiance had to eat the food cause I swear I wanted to fight someone at this point! They will NEVER get my...
