On my way back to Canada from US, this was the only halal restaurant open till 11pm. I called the place confirmed the timing and Halal meat. The person said food will be ready before I reach. We ordered chicken Biryani and samosa chaat, takeout. When we reached the food wasn't ready and we were the only customers as it was almost closing time. By the sounds from the kitchen, it seemed that they had just started preparing the order. When I asked if the meat is hand slaughtered halal the owner couldn't give me a convincing answer.
Looking at the quantity was really surprised for the price I paid. The taste and quantity werent at all worth the price. The rice was still kinda raw or what they call half cooked, they was literally no Biryani masala in "Chicken Biryani". There was some smell too. The samosa were for the name sake, they were super soggy and tasteless. The chaat was like someone dump some random spices together and closed the box.

The Lamb Biryani was absolutely outstanding. The lamb was tender and packed with rich, aromatic spices that elevated the entire dish. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. You can really taste the expertise and care in every bite.
The Chicken Roll was a delightful surpriseātender, juicy chicken wrapped in soft, freshly made flatbread, all balanced with the perfect amount of spice. It was a satisfying, flavorful treat!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in for lunch, they didnāt take more than 15 minutes to serve as they had promised after ordering. The food was quite delicious. Tried their fried shrimps for appetizers, chicken fried rice and beef sizzling which was good enough. But their South Asian and Bangladeshi cuisine to be specific of Dal Puri, Chicken Samosa and beef Tehari was ecstatic. The owner is very cordial and suggested to try these specific items as I had mentioned I wanted to try both Bangladeshi and general cuisine of his restaurant. He had promised that these items were the best of his restaurant and it lived to the promise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some South Asian or Bangladeshi comfort food...
