I will never return to this place again! This is my second visit here, although the very first visit was very pleasant, enough so that I returned a second time. But after yesterday's experience I will never return again, I have never been treated so poorly as a paying guest. All of this relies on the service I received which was very very poor. For starters our waitress took our orders and never returned to the table until it was time for us to pay & leave, Not once did she offer us water or come back to see if we were OK. Actually there were other waitresses that I was able to snag and help us at times, I even had to walk up to the bar to help myself twice. I was one of the very first few customers that started on the back porch and outside patio so initially there wasn't that many customers to be ignored so badly. I actually watched her for a while and I watched her go back-and-forth to customers waiting on them but yet never did she come over to us to see if we needed anything, not once!!!! The waitress seemed to have had an attitude with us from the start. I ordered the 15 wings & wanted to try three different sauces, I was abruptly told I cannot have three different sauces with the one order, I had to order three different separate orders and pay more money to do so. (as per owner) so I just ordered naked wings and asked for the three sauces on the side as a dipping sauce. (Highway robbery) Not even Hooters of Buffalo wild wings charges you like that! I ordered a blueberry lemonade margarita drink by the time it got to me and I took a sip it was watered down, I waited for probably about 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to me so I can tell her But she never returned, so I had to go to her but when I brought this to the waitress attention, the first thing she asked with such disdain was, "how" as if I was lying! I take the drink to the bar myself to tell the bartender & she did offer to add some more syrup to the drink but while I waited for her to tend to another guest I took a straw and stirred the beverage by then it tasted a bit better but still you can taste the water, from the melted ice I reckon. Which leads me to believe the drink sat on the bar for a little bit before it was brought to me. Although the wings were fried to perfection they are seasonless, They're just plain old sauced wings. I'm not gonna lie the food there is pretty OK. It's just the nasty ugly service that I received that has caused me never to return again and I work in a pretty large hospital and will spread the word about the hospitality I received or in my case, did not receive. I'm really hoping we were not judged by the color of our skin as to why we were ignored and treated so poorly by the one waitress, everyone else around us seemed very upbeat spirited and friendly. (I ordered the prime rib sandwich with onion peppers and au jus sauce which came with french fries & 15 wings. My friend ordered five wings and a pizza with steak and some other stuff on it. We both had a cocktail each and I a Heineken beer while I waited for her to arrive. So we spent about $100. I was prepared to leave a very handsome tip in cash, but being the service was so poor I did not want to leave a tip but my friend insisted we leave one, so I left only $5 and I left that in hopes that was given to the bus boy because the waitress didn't deserve one red cent, she did not earn it! I work in the medical field and I cannot imagine treating a patient who is a paying customer so poorly! Also the takeout containers are so bad that my friend's food fell right out of it onto the ground in the parking lot, what a waste of money for her because she had quite a bit of leftovers in it. If you're using their paper containers for takeout, I advise you to ask for two to double it up. Sadly won't...

Obviously, there are exceptions to this rule. Sometimes customers can be real nasty, but nevertheless:
Got recommended this place for the wings. I've been here FOUR times, and had run-ins with the staff 3/4 of those times.
1st incident: We bring in our family from out of town, and make a special trip here. Confrontations arise about the seating. It's 70 degrees in October, and we prefer to sit outside. NOPE, can't sit outside due to our "licensing". Okay, sure people.
2nd incident: The waitress serves me a flat beer. She acknowledges it's flat, and some other lady brings us our check. I said she was going to take that flat beer off. Had to go through a formal background check to get the thing taken off.
3rd incident (and last time I come here): we come in and spend $100 worth of food and drinks. we come in and spend $100 worth of food and drinks. we come in and spend $100 worth of food and drinks.
They nickle & dime us for every single sauce that we ask for.
Yes, I said it 3 times. Waitress is negligent the entire time. Having to flag her down for refills, the whole nine. She cashes out our check without asking us if we are still drinking (which we were). So I pay the check. Surprise, can't find her again - so I go to the bar to buy a beer.
Some Joe Dirt guy with a pencil in his hat hands me a beer, I take a sip, and I hand him my debit card. He goes, "You wanna start a tab". I said, "No." He goes, "$10 minimum" I said, "I just spent $100 here, over at my table"
He finds out where I was sitting, and does nothing. At this point our incompetent waitress comes back, "$10 minimum". "You got cash?" "If not we have an ATM".
Yeah, no. I'm all set with this place. They have a big staffing issue. And I don't mean quantity; it's quality.

Read moreI called at 8:24pm spoke to a male made an order for mac bites, 30 wings, poutine fries and an order of plain fries. I was thinking it was too many fries. My gf called back at 8:27 spoke to a woman and said "I just called with an order can I remove my order of regular fries and just keep the poutine fries." The woman took my number and name and said ok.
I get there to pick up my order and a woman at the bar served me and said "can I help you?" I said yes here for a pick up, she handed me a receipt and said "are you Kyle?" At no point did I say my name. I corrected her with my actual name.
She just handed me 1 order of poutine fries. I said I had more like 30 wings and mac bites she looked at me funny. She checks out the computer, there was another order under my name. I said to her "I just called to have the fries removed and keep the 1 order of poutine fries. I only wanted 1 order of fries." She argues and says "no I just talked on the phone and u wanted another order of fries."
She goes back to the kitchen and comes back and says "I can cancel 1 order of the regular order of fries, but you're getting 2 orders of poutine fries."
I wasn't going to argue because obviously she was right and the customer was wrong.
After spending 71.68 on an order and told I was wrong, I will never go there again. The money wasn't a problem it was the service. I was trying to try a new place in the area my friend has told me about. But I couldn't recommend this place to anyone based on this customer service
Make sure you get your order right the first time because if you call back, it will be your fault. Based on the service, I'm sure a reply of how I was wrong will...
