The son of the owner is always answering the phone& he will put you on hold for five minutes when calling for pickups while he watches his YouTube videos. Everytime you call he says “please hold” & plays background music and you can see him doing it when you come in to pickup your food. You would think your on hold cause he’s cashing out a customer or taking another order but no your always on hold because he wants to finish his video on his phone. Customer first, phone second. His sister has much better customer service skills and acts like a professional even though she is younger. His mother has great customer service skills and she barely speaks English but is very friendly and kind and you can tell she appreciates your business. The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good like tonight and sometimes it’s really really bad and makes me not order for a long time. I live downtown so this place is more about convenience for me over preference. I would never choose this place if it wasn’t thirty seconds from my apartment. The building is kind of old and outdated and they also havnt changed their menu board since like 2007 and no prices are accurate. The place is a disorganized mess from random clutter over the warming trays that use to host the buffet to the numerous oddly taped dirty signs all over the counter that hasn’t been updated since the 90s. Fix your menu board, fire your son, put some money into the place and be consistent with the food and you guys will be in business another 10 years but if you don’t and some other Chinese spot opens up downtown you guys are TOAST. If you guys updated and stayed open late night till 4AM like DP dough you guys would make a killing with the seating area you always have closed. This is just a honest revirw from a long long long...

Ordered a large house fry rice and large white rice a and 2 large chicken wings chopped up at 8pm for a family movie night and my order got to me at 10:31pm here comes the best part they gave me a combo platter with house fried rice and chicken wings one plate for 5 people and they forgot the white rice when I called to complain about this they were very rude and hostile please for the love of God and all things cute and fuzzy DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT I have taking this sort of treatment from this place numerous times for an accumulated number of years I've finally had my last straw I'd rather eat peanut butter sandwich filled with dirt and leaves than eat here I'd rather die from starvation than eat here if someone offered me 100 million dollars to eat here well guess what DEAD F@#$...

I love ordering from China One. The couple who own the restaurant are very sweet and humble people. They prepare their food the way you like it without a problem. Especially if you pay a little extra. It would not surprise me if there were a loss of customers due to their overprivileged children being so rude and nasty over the phone or even in person. One would think to be a little more humble when being paid a compliment due to their parents hard labor over their grueling stoves of how magnificent the food always turns out. Instead of a thank you its more like, "oh you like it then buy every day". The gaul of the daughter. The son is worse. They haven't been taught proper customer service. Very shameful. I wonder if they're parents realize...

First time visiting here while traveling throughout downtown Binghamton. Service was nice and fast. Food came out hot. I ordered the General Tso’s Combo meal. Although, I am a bit disappointed there were no onions or bigger pieces of pork in the pork fried rice and it tasted a bit dry. Still ate it all though. Egg roll was a decent size. Hope to visit for lunch sometime in the future.

Ordered fried pork wonton and chicken lo mein. Lo mein was good. The wonton, not so much. The dipping sauce given was not up to the mark. In expensive. I would go here again
