A Pizza & More — Restaurant in City of Cortland

I have been a fairly-regular of this establishment for several (at least 20 years). Generally, I have been satisfied with both their product and service. However...my latest order to them gives me pause...

I ordered 2 "ziti and sausage" dinners. Upon delivery 2 salads, 2 rolls, and 2 tin foil "plates" were included. However, there was no sausage.

Being a rather timid individual, I did not decide to call them back until 2 nights later. But upon doing so (and reaching that night's manager), I was told that I should have called them the very night. In addition, he informed me that he was "busy with the college crowd". Being a Saturday night, I was completely understanding. At that point, I expressed my understanding, accepted that I should have been more pushy on the night involved, and expected no recompense. To that, his response was "well...we'll try to do better."

To be short and simple -- it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. And to be further honest...it may be my final order to this establishment. If they don't care...then...

The pizza we ordered was okay. The garlic knots were chewy and the garlic had a vinegar taste like the garlic was pre minced garlic you get in a jar. Tasted like pickled garlic which im not of fan of. The deep fried food was dark but inside it was undercooked which tells me the oil in the deep fryer possibly needs to be changed. I see from other reviews that others had better experiences, but for me that wasn't the case. Maybe it was an off night for this establishment so I will give it a shot another time. If I get the same results with the food again I won't be ordering food from here anymore. I gave 3 stars because the pizza was okay at best and the woman on the phone and the delivery driver were both pleasant to deal with, but the garlic knots and appetizers weren't good...

I was beyond disappointed with the customer service tonight. I own property in town and just wanted pizza. I was going to order online as I typically would but it says it’s closed. Apparently they are open so I had to go into the actual location despite the busy Cortica crowd. I asked for my pizza to go and they put it on the counter on paper plates. When it came out I asked for it to go and the girl just sets a box on top of it! The restaurant was crowded how was I supposed to box it easily on top of the pizza counter over my head surrounded by people?! Meanwhile employees are just standing around. Then as I’m clearly annoyed she gives me attitude. I get home and the...
