I used to love this place and it was really good. The first time I got a buffalo chicken salad, it was awesome it was large and lasted for two meals. I ordered one last week and it was much much smaller. I did blame it on myself for ordering at almost closing time, but the staff were very pleasant. Sunday, I ordered for delivery. It was a relatively simple order. The bag has the right ticket but the inside had different food. I happen to open a box of Oreos. At first I did not know what it was so I accidentally took one out. When I called, they told me not to touch anymore of the food because they wanted to deliver it to the respective person. Lol I thought if something is open, and the person keeps it because it is not sanitary. I could not believe my ears. Then the staff member had attitude like it was my fault.. Maybe they should double check the ticket and the order before sending it out. Technically, I should have kept the food but they got it back and then delivered mine. Almost an hour later. It is almost 2 hours to get my correct order. The DP dunkers were very dry. And the tater tot’s were just slopped together. I ended up throwing half of it out....
Read moreI went inside dp dough on my lunch break (usually I order online) and it was a disaster. Used as a college lounge with way more people inside than coded for with no room for other’s . So, I ordered at 12:17 and waited for the given wait time, i waited 25 mins for that making it 12:37 arrival, then suddenly I hand my card over supposedly right then the card machine went down, I informed I was on my lunch break, I got respect on that notice, just to wait an additional 30 mins on top of the time before in an overwhelming crowd, then when I try to make notice by knocking on the only window in sight which was on the door to kitchen as im shoved in a corner still waiting on MY card, I get threatened to call police on me infront of everyone! For making notice I was still there and waiting on my card and needed to get back to work! I eat 3 nights a week here at this dp dough for years now, i tip well and always order for my family. No longer will I! Respect people whom are apart of the permanent community and there time and feelings or don’t service our community and keep it on campus! Very disappointed and not willing to spend money again at this once...
Read moreThe calzone was affordable. The staff were friendly. I didn't tip when I ordered. When I got home, my calzone was a nice golden brown on the outside, and cold on the inside. The cheese inside was still in its shredded form. I'm waiting right now for my oven to heat up, so that I can cook the calzone that D.P Dough already cooked for me! (Turn the oven temp down 25F boys, increase the cooking time by 10 minutes, AND pay attention to what you are doing). It was the first time in 15 years, or longer, that I even entered the store. Maybe this is just an unlucky one-off, but MAYBE you should turn your oven on before you call in your order.
Also, this is why I did NOT tip. Taking my order, cooking the food, and handing it to me isn't a tip worthy event. It is the absolute bare minimum requirement of your continued employment. Tips are gratuities for jobs done above and beyond. NOT an incentive for you to even try at all. And you FAILED to perform the bare minimum threshold of your job...
