Paddy's Pub — Restaurant in City of Cortland

Came here because of reviews. We were told to pick a table. We chose in back table and ordered drinks, appetizers and food. To begin with food came before appetizers The server couldn’t find salt . In the meantime the drunk younger people from the bar decided to come play games in back. They were ballerina dancing and bumping into us and cursing loudly. We continued to sit there as long as we could tolerate it. Then decided to wrap everything up, When asking for containers and bill I told the waitress what was going on and she replied “It is a bar”. which I definitely understand. However, in this economy when people spending 100. For food . I think we should expect better. Clearly the reviews from earlier don’t apply any more. Pattys pub is an insane and entertaining place. While I was there I watched the owners of this pub start to play this odd looking game of I think Candy land or Monopoly? Anyway they started the game by drinking some wine and wishing each other good luck then smashed the glasses on the ground and started yelling at eachother! Then the game proceeded with some trivia and drinking games which seemed simple enough. Then they started doing some crazy stuff with dolls and yelled some more and gave each other paper cuts for whatever reason. Then there last game was a trivia one where the blonde female owner and the tall male owner one the trivia then started stomping on and burning the other teams flag! I was at cash and carry on Oswego st buying styrofoam containers to donate to loaves and fishes so they could continue to feed people in need. I started a conversation with a gentleman near by( at 6 feet away) he asked me when he saw all the styrofoam...are you having a party? I explained that order of the eastern star homer chapter was donating to loaves and fishes. He donated part of the cost of my purchase. I am not sure of his name( poss tony).
