Student Deli Inc. — Restaurant in City of Cortland

They make really good sandwiches and the chicken over rice is bomb . My only issue is that the bread they use could be better the rolls and hero aren’t up to what id expect for 9 dollars rolls and 13 dollar heroes . Also I’d appreciate having a bit more portions of meat adding on 3-4 slices on top of what is already being served. I really like this deli and plan on making it my local spot but the prices could be better for what I’m getting and having better rolls and Hero’s will make customers feel like the money their spending is worth it more. I’m not entirely disappointed but 13$ for a deli HERO and I have 4 slices of roast beef on a HERO isn’t convincing me. FYI this is upstate so I assume you’d need to up-charge but the same sandwich in the city where they upped prices a hero would be 10$ and be packed with more meat so hopefully y’all get better quality breads and put in a bit more meat for what your charging then people will continue to come back and you’ll gain more volume of sales having people...

My wife will enver go there again the people rude as he'll stand in line over 25 just waiting to ask see if deep Fryer then he said no then I waiting 15 minutes sitting there for them to take my wife oders then as only wanted cheese burgers and chopped roll and trucks wrap and the male told my wife to hurry up cause he very busy she has bad anxiety as it is and then at end of it all the forgot the cheese burger and the guy had whole fit over so me and my wife walk out will not go there again. It sad one person cause we loved going there we can understand the Busy part but the attitude was not...

Ew. Didn't even deserve 1 star .. employee was eating his own food behind deli counter and made my sub with same pair of gloves. The bread was hard as a rock! The onions taste old and out of date! I asked for extra mayo and there was not even a normal serving let alone extra! And I asked for extra Italian dressing and there was none... smh 10 dollars to just throw a The world's driest and most grotesque sub I've EVER come across. I usually have pleasant experiences but I'm appalled by what I experienced today P.s. one bite and I'm have super bad stomach pains.. please stop serving...
