On Monday, July 21, 2025, I pulled up to Burger King #3308 Drive Thru and placed an order for 1 DBL CHS BURGER and 1 SIG STBRY LM. I asked at the time of ordering the drink why is there no ice. I was to the drink was kept cold. Money was tendered and I went to the second window to get my order. I was given the burger first in a bag and the drink second. It was at that moment, I asked the young lady at the window what is being done to rectify the ice issue. The cup of juice was not cold enough and I was being charged full price. It was at that moment that the same girl who rang up the order came up to the window with an attitude talking to me as if I was her friend or child. During the back-&-forth she told me that she wanted going to refund my drink and then closed the drive thru window. I then parked the car and got out to get my refund. I was denied my refund at the window and when I walked inside I could hear the same female staff member carrying on behind the counter. I stood at the counter requesting again for someone to refund me and all three African American young ladies couldn't do or say anything. As, I scanned the room it was clear that she was the only one who could assist me in this situation and she was not going to do her job. I wasn't going to continue arguing with a person who clearly wasn't fit to be left in charge. It was just a week ago, I read about the McDonald's manager who was killed because of her bad conduct, so I calming went back into my car and called the local police to deal with the matter. See the attached receipts and Burger King needs to do better. This employee didn't know how to refund me back on my card. The two police officers and I watched on while her store manager by phone instructed her on what to do. Sometimes in life we can make the biggest mistake without thinking. Hopefully I can save you some frustration and headache, First off if you’re on a time crunch of any sort, KEEP DRIVING. This place has no perception of customer satisfaction and the words "Fast Food". I know most will disregard this review, and trust me I'm being more than fair. Any who has been to this BK at lunch time will definitely know what I am talking about. The food quality is about as good as you could expect from a microwave meal. The bun was stale, fries were cold, MOST of the time you're lucky if they actually get your order correct. Had I not gotten my order to go I would have taken it back. You can sense the employees don't really care if you express your un-satisfaction. Read moreI ordered a cotton candy cloud slushy and the machine times off at 9pm and I Didntnknownthat but I was CRAVING one BAD and the employees started The machine back up, and I waited out in the parking lot and for my patience they gave me an extra big size with extra cloud topping and then the french fries I ordered two they also made fresh and gave me an extra bigger size of them as well for my patience and employees going above and beyond and they did all that just before they were about to close and I felt bad doing that just before they close cause I know they wanna go home, but I didn't realize the machine shut off so for future reference, I won't do that at that hour the employees were so kind to get me what I was craving and I deeply appreciate that is a store that goes above and beyond and I highly recommend...
