Los Panchos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Elmira

So I usually love this place but I went and ordered food 2 chimichangas a ham and cheese Quesadilla and a kids meal chicken fingers meal as well as 2 to go drinks the girl who quoted the price said it was 64.33 a bit high but i figured since there is a lot of shut downs and all that they needed to raise prices so i paid 77 tipped very well a little over $12 then get home to look at the slip it was 44.23 and they had been closed when i called back I would like the owner to also know that one of the employees in there was not wearing there mask at all as well as the rest of them had them pulled off there face until i walked in then one girl took hers off in the back dinning area I will never go back so disappointed If the owner sees this please respond i would like the difference refunded to me as you are...

So…………. I can’t really give the food a good or bad rating because I’ve waited almost 45 minutes just to be served the atmosphere is nice. The ambience is nice but the wait staff is not very attentive and the service is extremely slow and right now I am in an almost empty restaurant and there’s nobody else here but me so I’m kind of wondering why I’m waiting this long just to get my order. So now I’m gonna go on record because I waited over an hour to be served. Don’t waste your time going there because clearly they don’t know how to serve people correctly so I’m going to say this if you want to go to another restaurant, go to another restaurant cause you’re gonna be waiting forever just in order...

This is absolutely, hands down the best Mexican Restaurant around! Not only is the food fabulous but the customer service is not to be compared or rivaled with any other restaurant. On my birthday last year all I wanted was Los Panchos. They were short handed to make deliveries and they were not offering delivery that day. I was sad but the gentleman on the phone asked if it would be ok if it wasn't right at noon that he would get it here. By 12:30 we had lunch and a happy birthday written on our receipt. He made us feel like we were his only customers, he went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. The food is delicious and you will not find Mexican food this well done...
