I ordered an Unwich through the app, and while driving there, got a call from one of the workers saying that they didn't have any lettuce wraps to make my order, so I could either get it made with bread, or get a refund. I chose to get a refund, to which the worker said it would take 2-3 days, which was fine with me. Being a patient person, I waited 4 days to give extra time, but still no refund even though my card had been charged the day after I made the purchase. I called to speak to the Store Manager, and told him my story, and he acted as if I was lying and inconveniencing him. He said there was nothing he could do, and that he'd have to contact the General Manager to see about a refund, and that he would call me back. I waited 3 days for a return call, and got nothing, so finally I contacted my credit union to do a chargeback to receive my money back. Avoid this place...
Read moreThis is the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to but today was finally the last straw. I will not be going back. I drove up to the drive thru speaker and no one said anything for a few minutes so I said hello to make sure the speaker was working. The worker told me he'd be right with me so I continued to wait at the speaker. A few more minutes went by and the car behind me drove around and went to the window. I gave it another couple of minutes and a second car drove around me so I finally said something to the speaker again and they apologized and told me they'd be right with me after they finished the orders in front of me. I told them never mind and drove off. They knew someone was waiting at the speaker and should not have allowed 2 cars to cut me in line and order at the window without confirming that I was still there. I will not be going back to...
Read moreFoods great when it's right. The last incident was when I ordered my lunch ahead of time. When I went to pick it up it was not ready and was told I should return in 15mins. I work near so while a inconvenience not a big deal. When I returned after 15mins the girl working inside started panicking. She ran in the back and then came back out only to throw together my sandwich in 30 seconds as I watched. The sandwich in the photo is what I got. I have had other issues such as a sandwich contain tomatoes when I ask for it to not good thing I'm not allergic. A piece of wax paper left on the cheese in the actual sandwich. Overall the worst quality control from a chain restaurant I have seen.
