They let you place orders on the app and then close the store hrs early so you don't get what you just paid for, their machines are "broken at night" so once again when you place your orders on the app and go in to get it you don't get your beverage even though you've paid for it. When you contact customer service to tell them this they just offer you a free donut with your next purchase. Also even if I wanted the free Donut they throw everything out hrs before closing so you won't get that either if you order on the app, learned that the hard way also. BEWARE - night time staff will try and ripp you off. I was coming back from work late, needed to get an ice cream cake for a family member birthday. MIND YOU, I have gone in here and bought ice cream cakes here DURING THE DAY. AND the cakes have the PRICES ON THEM, PRINTED ON THEM. But "suddenly" tonight the guy behind the register says there has been a "mistake" and the cakes are really $12 MORE than it says on the box. Kind of a "strange" mistake... printed prices that were "wrong" and no one corrected them. He also said he can't scan the barcode because that was "wrong also" so just trust him and can you pay cash? My partner and I come here everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I absolutely have respect for all the baristas. Some I even gained a relationship with because their energy is that positive. Maria and Rosa are good especially with recommending items and Kamal is my heart. He is so friendly and always in a positive vibe no matter how the day is going.
