I want to first write that this is not my first experience at Paddy’s and the other two times we have been there have been very pleasant! This time around was a very different experience. We had a larger party (7 people) and ordered 2 burgers, 3 sandwiches, wings and shrimp Alfredo. The restaurant was not busy, maybe us and then 3 or 4 two tops. Our order took an hour and twenty minutes from the time we ordered till it was placed on our table. Mind you we never complained and our waitress never came over to apologize for the wait. In my opinion and many years in the food and customer service industry, checking in with your customers is just good service. When our food finally came the only thing warm were the burgers. Although my Pub Tuna melt was lukewarm, it was still delicious! My niece (11 years old) took a bite of her Alfredo and whispered to me that her food didn’t taste right and seemed bitter. I tasted it to see what she meant and thought maybe she didn’t like the texture since it had sat so long and gotten cold and had a that film across it from cooling down. It tasted rancid. The waitress was more interested in her phone conversation than coming over to check on us. My sister in law brought the food over to her and simply asked if her daughter could have something different, to which the waitress yanked the food out of her hands and then proceeded to walk over to our table and speak to my niece with such disgusting and appalling attitude my jaw was literally on the floor. She’s 11!! We got our bill about 10 minutes after this and since our family constantly fights over who will pay the bill, my brother in law handed his card to the waitress before the bill got to him. As she gave the card and bill back after processing payment, she quickly noticed my brother in law glancing over the bill to just make sure things were correct. Before he could even say anything she quickly snatched the card and receipt and said “ohh my bad let me fix your bill”. She was absolutely going to keep the Alfredo entree on there had we not caught it. The food taking forever and not being consistent was a big bummer but the customer service the waitress provided is absolutely why I will not be back for a while. I’m so sorry to write this as we have been in a few times with positive experiences, but this wasn’t it. While heading out the back to the parking lot I noticed the cooks were outside chatting with people in a car. Was this why our food took so...

The food was great! Tater tots are crunchy and the Reuben crunch rolls are amazing. You can actually taste the Swiss and the outside crunch part of the roll is really quite unique and fun! This tasty corned beef filling was enough, and it didn't even need the delicious Russian dressing that it was served with, however, I used the Russian dressing throughout the rest of my meal. I appreciated the buffalo chicken quesadilla because it was actually very spicy and it had that nostalgic vinegar bite that you would want in a buffalo appetizer. I am often underwhelmed by things claiming to be Buffalo when there's no zip. My burger was spectacular because the buns we're toasted one side down so when you bit in to the sandwich, it was fluffy and nice on the outside but then crunched from the inside being toasted! Excellent bacon that tasted unique like honey but also like pepper. In addition, I could also taste the cheddar apart from everything else, and I'm normally the type of person who complains they don't taste the cheese. This is the first meal I've had in a long time where I actually finished my own Burger entirely and did not look up at my partner and ask to go halves! But I have to give this place three stars only because, sigh, sorry, there was a guy outside asking for money and when we said no he barked that he was only saying hello to us. Also, they should refresh the outside of the building and get some new ink on...

I cannot express enough how much I thoroughly enjoy frequenting this establishment. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with an ambiance that sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience. Let's start with the fries – they're nothing short of perfection. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, they are the ideal accompaniment to any meal. Now, onto the burgers. The selection is truly impressive, offering a variety that caters to every palate. Each burger is crafted with care, resulting in a symphony of flavors that tantalize the taste buds with every bite. And let's not forget about their wraps – generously portioned and expertly wrapped, they are a testament to the culinary mastery present in this establishment. Unlike some places where you're left hoping your wrap holds together long enough to make it to your table, here, every wrap is meticulously prepared to ensure a flawless presentation from start to finish. In summary, this restaurant consistently exceeds expectations, delivering impeccable service and mouthwatering dishes that leave me eagerly anticipating...

We drove over an hour to try them out. I don't know if it was an off night or what, but service was very slow, everything was extremely salty, my beef tips were extremely tough with no flavor other than salty, an older waitress and older bartender spent over 20 minutes gossiping about some Drew and another waitress while beers sat empty, and everything was over priced. There was a young thin bartender girl that was very friendly and actually waited on people, but my cherry lime smash drink from her being off was either her being new with no one to help her or the bar's recipe being pretty bad. The beer selection, ranch, fries, were good. The moose track burger was okay, but bland and salty. We're in no rush to drive over an hour again and waste over an hour sitting and spend around $100 again on such a so so underwhelming experience.

I went to Paddy's on a Friday afternoon. There was a good crowd there but it wasn't crowded. Absolutely no waiting and service was very good. Website claims 30+ taps... Seemed to be true. It's an Irish Pub and the only Red was a Budweiser??? With very little guidance available from the bartender, I ordered a flight to sample 4 beers I was unfamiliar with; three were drinkable. I ended up ordering 2 pints with lunch. (I was walking...) I ordered Mexican fish soup (soup of the day at an Irish bar!) and it was fabulous. I also ordered "loaded chips." I thought I was going to get fried potatoes. Instead it was cheese sauce and stuff poured over potato chips that quickly turned into a soggy mess. What I liked, I liked a lot. Not so much the price. My tab with 20% tip added was $36.

Staying in town for a couple weeks and wanted to try a local place. This was definitely a good place to try! The food was very good! I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip (wasn't a huge fan) and the Burlington burger (loved the maple mayo!) With tater tots. Everyone in the group seemed to enjoy their meals as well. The atmosphere was very nice and inviting too. If you're in town visiting, I'd reccomend trying this place, there's something on the menu for everyone!
