I went here at 12:30 pm on a busy Saturday to order the pancake soufflé. I looked at their online menu first to decide what I wanted and tried to do a phone order. However, no one picked up the line so I decided to drive there. When I ordered, the lady told me you can only order it from 2-7pm and I said what? She pulled out a tiny paper posted that said the hours, BUT DOES NOT put it on their online menu or even their menu there! So I came back at 2 pm because I wanted to try it and compare it to another place I had in Pasadena. I went and the same lady then tells me “okay but it takes 50 minutes to make”. This information is not posted anywhere, was not told to me the first time I went there. I asked her if I could leave my phone number on the order receipt and to call me when it was ready, she said okay. Rather than calling me, I waited a full hour and then came back. It was already sitting there, completely packed and on the table, but the ice cream was completely melted. The pancake itself is not worth it. Go to the one in Old Pasadena for a quality Japanese pancake soufflé, only 15 minute wait (even when super busy), and much much better...

I like the drinks they make here. They are the most unique of all the boutique beverages available. However, they really need to figure out a better way to let their customer know that their drink order is ready.

It's chaotic how the drink pick up is right now. They announce the number of the order by mouth. No loudspeakers or microphone. And if you don't hear it then too bad. There are many proven methods for restaurant to let their customers know that their order is ready. The management needs to figure out which one to use and get that in place ASAP to reduce this madness everyone is putting up with when picking up their drinks. This will make order pick up much easier for everyone including the employees...

I recommend this place to all my boba lovers! I’ve came here many times and it never fails. They offer many different drinks, the green tea pineapple smoothie with agar boba happens to be my favorite. It has a fresh tropical taste to it and the agar boba keeps the drink cool just how I like it rather than brown sugar boba offsetting it by throwing some warmness to the cold temperature of the drink.

Customer service is really friendly , if you’re overwhelmed by all the options just tell the server what you like and they will suggest a drink you’ll like that’s spot on ! Aside from that I spilled my drink today and they didn’t hesitate to remake me one which I really...
