Pho Bamboo Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Industry

Perfection is the only apt review I could give Pho Bamboo. We found this gem of a family owned/operated restaurant a few months ago and have come in at least weekly ever since. The broth is exquisitely flavored and made fresh daily from scratch. Everything in terms of the experience is 5 star here. The warm greeting by the family as well as the oldies playing gives anyone the feeling they are at home the entire meal. If you like a little kick, ask for the chili paste on the side or mixed into the chicken fried rice. The fried rice is buttery delicious and always comes with enough to take a little home. I can't say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is. If you want perfect Pho made with love, you must fit a visit here into your plans. Never a problem parking. This restaurant is at the top of the list of all the places I've ever reviewed....

Feeling under the weather I decided to get some more soup . Being over by Gale × Fullerton I chose Pho Bamboo Vietnamese, between home depot and jack in the box. I go here quite often . The place is clean , the restrooms are clear . The staff is Friendly and helpful when choosing some items on the menu . I chose beef pho with noodles and shrimp. I also ordered some shrimp spring rolls . The soup was hot . It was very good and very tasty . The shrimp was very tender and not overcooked. The same goes for the spring rolls . I mean dont get me wrong their staff is really really friendly, but I think their service quality makes a large part of their rating. I can see why customers come back because their staff treat them well, but at the end of the day the food isn't really hitting the bar. I know i'm just a random guy on the internet, but i'd like to let yall know i went to lots of pho places. Compared to others, their house special (large) has way too much noodle compared to meat, and meat quality is just okay.
