If i could change my 5 start rating I would change to 1 star. I hate to leave a negative review about a place I love to eat, but this Chick-Fil-A in City of Industry is the worst. A little over a month ago I placed a mobile order, I used four rewards, one given by Chick-Fil-A when they did a giveaway and the rest were points I accumulated. I added one more item that was around $4 so I added $25 which is the lowest amount when using a credit card. When I left I had a balance of $20.96. Four days later I went again and I was going to use my part of my balance to pay and it was only $1.38. Turns out they took all the money for the order I placed four days prior. I called Customer Support, spoke with Christy who told me this does happen but its rare. I told her I wanted my money back and she said she would send it to the department that could correct this. I told her I wanted my money back. Later in the day I received an email that I was given back the rewards, again one was given to me by Chick-Fil-A. I responded to the email and told them I wanted my money back. Got another email stating my email would be forwarded to the correct department. A few days later I received an email from the Manager of the City of Industry location asking what happened. I told him and included Chick-Fil-A has terrible business ethics, this is a billion dollar company that couldn't give me my money back. Again they have me one reward. His response was he was sorry to hear what happened and gave me a cookie in my rewards. I finally went back to this location to cash in my rewards that I was given back, which included Waffle fries. The Waffle fries I was given had maybe five regular size and the rest was all crumbs. I've been to this location many times before the whole fiasco and the employees are rude. I've spent $40 to $50 many times here and when I ask for a large ice water they act like I'm asking for free food. I've been to other locations and they are more than happy to give me a large ice water. I will gladly go to Whittier or LA Habra and give them my business cause their employees are very friendly. Read moreLost confidence in this place. 3 times in a row my order was wrong among another issue. First time I was missing my Cobb salad and the second time they forgot to give me my chicken nuggets. They rush you at the window and don't give you a chance to check your order. I'm ordering for 5 people so I have 2 full bags of items. The last time I went the pushed me through the drive through line and kept saying that the next person will take my order. Once I made the final turn, their was no final person to talk to. Waited 10 minutes until I got to the window and they asked me my name for the order and I told them that nobody took my order. The girl didn't say sorry but I can take your order. I placed my order and 12 minutes later (yes I timed it) it came out to the car. The order was correct but I figured that since they made me wait I'd at least get a sorry or something. This chick-fil-A is very efficient with drive through They have multiple lanes opened with 5 staffs taking orders at the same time. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
My favorite go-to meal is their Delux spicy chicken set meal. The fried chicken is so delicious with a spicy kick. I always order my meal with a lemonade, absolutely my fave drink. The fries were not very good today as it was a bit stale. I preferred the extra crispy version.
