This establishment is an embarrassment. I hate using the word racism or discrimination because I feel it's used loosely and I'm not trying to get anything for free. But I was subjected to racism and discrimination at this establishment and no one was held accountable for their actions. I received a call from the district manager yesterday after waiting for said call for over 2 months. She was very unprofessional and took things way to personally. I dont know how she got that position. Today i was called by the owner of the establishment who then proceeded to harass me and name call on me. Every action has a reaction and you get what you put out in this world so yeah i did respond angrily admittedly which was probably wrong on my part but I'm the original victim to begin with. I feel Krispy Kreme is unamerican and allows their customers to be subjected to racism and discrimination. Management and ownership should maintain a level of professionalism that is congruent with their brand. This is a terrible establishment with terrible ownership that makes money off people...
Read moreI usually enjoy my visits here. This visit I went for espresso and a doughnut. When asked by the staff if I was ordering a drink, I was directed to the drink counter. After ordering my drink I directed my attention to the doughnut case. I was then asked if I'm going to order a doughnut, to which I responded in the affirmative. In my opinion, the staff was more concerned with telling people where to be than actually exercising good hygiene and distancing practices. In another opinion, their distancing practices should be re-evaluated and the management trained as such.
I left the store empty handed and took my business to another doughnut where their efforts are...
Read more#FireManagerHector Horrible service. I had my app with free donut earned. They couldn't get my free donut to work for app. So talked to manager Hector. Rather than looking out for customer or maybe removing a donut from order or offering a free one. He charged me full price for donuts I ordered and refused anything else said it's corporate not him.He saw I had a free donut coming... rather than help the customer, he was more worried about charging us full price. I was humiliated and was given worst service ever in my 50 years... Avoid. I still paid for my order because we already touched box. Manager and Krispy Kreme Puente Hills worry more about the dollar than customers. Don't worry Krispy Kreme Hector is protecting your dollar at the expense of customers. He just taught your staff under him customers do not matter... I will contact corporate but have a feeling they will promote Hector for protecting the dollar. Customers are expendable to Krispy Kreme Puente Hills....
