Have gone multiple times now and had a recent issue. Ordered what I thought was a pick up special of 38$ totaling to about 40$ something. I Noticed I ordered the exact same thing the week prior however, my total came out to 48$. Which was strange considering I asked for the pick up special. I asked the staff why it was so expensive last time and turns out the managers son didn’t end up charging me the pick up special which I was very clear that that’s what I had chosen. The staff was nice about it and attempted to offer me some items to cover the amount I was over charged. Overall, please check your receipts, I think that’s so uncool, considering returning customers shouldn’t get shammed. I can only imagine the times I’ve ordered in the past thinking I’m getting a special but in reality being overcharged cause sometimes I don’t even get a receipt. Or they give me the summary receipt and not what I’m being charged.

Have to knock a star out for that. I take my reviews very serious. Please customers check the receipts and be clear when you are ordering specials.

I usually don’t make reviews unless I’ve tried a spot over three times to fully get the experience. And this pizza is so delicious! The price is a bit expensive however! 1 large pizza and 12 wings with tax costs about 48$ that’s a pretty hefty tag and I believe that’s a special. Alittle too expensive for an every Friday pizza night.

But I will say The food in itself is great! The pizza is amazing though. Seems always fresh. Crust isn’t overpowering and the cheese doesn’t completely fall off. The wings can be a tad bit too dry so I ask for extra extra wet.

Overall I’ll definitely come back! Not every other weekend due to the price tag but as a special monthly treat...

08 April 2024, 1345 hrs I went to Hacienda Pizza Co. and I ordered a 12 piece wing only meal,plain, no ranch dressing for $20.50 as it is shown on their menu.

The guy taking my order charged me $21.00 plus $1.00 for ranch dressing, plus tax $23.15.

When I pointed out the menu showing 12 piece wings for $20.50 he told me that their prices have changed. I told him that as long as their menu shows $20.50 that is what I am going to pay. Then I asked him why he charged me $1.00 for ranch? He smirked as if he knew he was caught. And of course the owner wasn't there.

He finally removed the $1.00 charge for the ranch dressing and charged me the correct price of $20.50. Total corrected bill $22.45.

Dang, first La Choza now Hacienda Pizza Co. Check your receipts versus their menu prices folks.

I walked in today to just buy a cup of soda. The young lady charged me $3.20. I couldn't believe it. $3.20 for that little cup. I politely shook my head no and I walked out. I bought a 12 oz can of coke for one dollar next door. I know prices are going up everywhere and I had the money to pay for their soda. But just because I had the money doesn't mean I'm going to throw it away like that. For $4.99 I can buy a six pack of 16.9 fl oz bottles at Vons. Whew! I'll have to start paying more attention to what I'm buying in the future.

Good food. Best pizza, Meat Lasagna and garlic bread, Spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread, Calzones, Extra Crispy Plain Chicken Wings. ...

for starters the pizza is really good (they use fresh mushrooms - that's huge if your a fan of mushrooms on your pizza), I like the flavor of the crust. if your a fan of ranch , you can finish off your slice by dipping the crust in the ranch. word of advice..order your pizza well done.. its way better. the only thing is that when you order extra stuff on the side they tend to forget them. football season the place is out of control , so many people and raider and rams fans. it gets pretty rowdy but people understand its not a bar and its a family oriented place even tho they serve beer. its your friendly neighborhood shakys or chukEcheese and the place where all the little league teams go and congregate. the rib tips are awesome and the wings are pretty good. make sure you ask for extra sauce on the side. because they come out dry. (the chicken isn't dry because they are oven baked, but the sauce drys on them .. I like mine dripping in sauce. but I would definitely recommend it for delivery. and they gigantic pizza is always awesome for a family night the kids really get a...
