Parents, please be aware and cautious of taking your children here! I brought my daughter here on Monday March 31 and while playing in the jungle gym area (upper level), we came across a fresh rodent dropping on the actual play mat. I then noticed more fresh rodent droppings on the lower level jungle gym area in between the netting and the wall. Along with the fresh rodent droppings here, there was two rodent poison blocks. This shows that they were aware of the current rodent issue in the building and decided just to put out poison to kill the rats, which is the wrong way to go about it. Having worked in the pest control industry for 10+ years, I knew exactly what I was looking at. I of course, informed the staff at the front and they went and cleaned up the rodent droppings and removed the poison blocks. The idea of having rat poison out in the open where curious kids play is insane! The following day I was in touch with the owner and offered them a free inspection in order to help them get rid of this issue. I went by and did my inspection, provided them with a proposal and he stated that the owner of the building has their own pest control company and they will take care of it. I also found more fresh droppings on the other end of the play area at the time of my inspection the following day.
The owner states that they are going to have the buildings pest control company take care of this issue, which is a good thing. However, I will not be going back with my daughter, and you may want to rethink about visiting with...
Read moreToday we had my daughter’s 1st Birthday at Jump Jungle. Having experienced parties at other play gyms, I can honestly say, this was the smoothest. We arrived about a half hour before our booking time to set up the cake and pastries. When I looked into the room I was pleasantly surprised to see how well decorated the space was. Usually most parties we had attended only had a plastic backdrop and that’s it. The play area is also set up so that there is enough space for the kids to play and they were all visible the entire time which is really great if you have one kid who wants to eat and the other wants to play. We had kids from ages 6months - 16y and they all had a blast. They also provided trash bags to clear the tables and they took care of the rest. I definitely recommend having your event here and will...
Read moreFirst time taking my super active toddlers here after seeing good reviews on this place. We played here for 3.5, almost 4 hours. You can tell the people who run this business care about the comfort of their guests. They have the AC full blast, which is, to me, the most important, because if I feel all sweaty and gross, I’d want to leave sooner.
The staff actively clean the play area. They look neat and organized. The bathrooms are clean.
What’s stands out about this place is that it features an excellent variety of play equipment like a teacup spinning merry go round, a-round-about swing that holds 6 kids, a rope maze that leads to a rope climbing ball pit, a tube slide, steep slide, a maze of climbs, trampoline and a trampoline climb, just to name a few.
Will definitely visit again in the very...
