Taste :4.2/5 Environment: 4.2/5 Service:3.9/5 Omaniku in City of Industry offers a unique dining experience, blending the elegance of omakase with the interactive style of teppanyaki. This unexpected combination leads to beautifully presented and some of delicious dishes, but the service falls short of the culinary experience. The omakase courses showcase carefully selected ingredients and exquisite preparation. The teppanyaki element adds a layer of entertainment and allows diners to witness the culinary artistry firsthand. However . While the food delivers, the service leaves room for improvement. Our server, though informative, displayed a noticeable lack of warmth and enthusiasm. Their explanations felt somewhat robotic, lacking the passion one might expect in such a fine dining establishment.

Omaniku is located across the street from Momoparadise, in the same plaza space as Half and Half. It's a very unassuming location for such a high quality restaurant. It offers a prix fixe menu, with the diner selecting either a beef or seafood option, the seafood option has to be called in advanced. There are also add-ons available. Every course was beautifully presented and the portions were just right. The service was polite and attentive without being overbearing. I wish the dessert was different but it's too minor and personal of a complaint for me to fault them. One thing to keep in mind is that this location doesn't serve alcohol (as of this review).

As of today this place is doing referral only reservation. Easy parking, right next to half and half. Really good service and okay ambience (there is no unified theme here, and still unpacking). This place comes with two menu- meat or seafood omakase, and we ordered both today. I personally liked the meat menu better, all the dishes were tasty but lack of layers and visual presentations. Seafood menu was quite underwhelming, not much creativity 🤔 I would pay ~$60/person for this quality of food, def not $100+

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Omaniku, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making the evening truly enjoyable.

What made the evening even more special was the delightful birthday treat they surprised me with. It was a lovely gesture that added a personal touch to the dining experience, and it made me feel truly valued as a customer.

Now, let's talk about the food. The dishes at Omaniku were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. I could tell that the ingredients were of high quality, and the chef's skill was evident in every dish. Past reviews said the food wasn't high quality, and you need to consider how many courses you're getting at the price.

One of the most pleasant surprises was the value for money that Omaniku offers. I've dined at several Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and while they may offer slightly better food, they often come with a hefty price tag. Omaniku, on the other hand, provides a fine dining experience that is on par with these prestigious establishments but at a fraction of the cost. It's a fantastic option for those who want to enjoy exquisite cuisine without breaking the bank.

Lastly, Omaniku is the perfect place for a romantic date night. The ambiance is intimate and cozy, making it an ideal setting for a special evening with your loved one. The combination of great service, delicious food, and the overall atmosphere creates a memorable dining experience.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Omaniku. Don't be misled by other reviews; this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. It's a hidden gem that offers an outstanding culinary experience without the...

I go there quite often .I personally feel it’s a very good place. The food I had is well worth the money. Similar food in Beverly Hills could easily cost more than 200 per person . I don’t like beef that much so I always order seafood combo. I made some substitutions according to my own preferences. I have my own set menu~Dr Bao’ menu. I referred quite a few friends there . Everybody loved it. The service is always good. By the way, you have to try the special lemonade. it is awesome A few things can be improved. 1) the ventilation is not perfect. 2) lobster tail sometimes is dry and little tough. 3) foie gras one time came up outside was hot and inside was still a little cold. But overall, this still is the place I would recommend to...
