Finally tried out the craze surrounding açaí bowls and I now know why everyone loves them so much. Like most places these days, ordering is like an assembly line in a factory. One person takes your order, one gets your base ready, and another gets all your necessary toppings until you get to enjoy a nice and refreshing bowl of sweetness. A caveat that I would share is that despite it being marketed as healthy, it's full of sugar so watch out what you put in your bowl. Knowing how they do everything, I would make this at home with less sugary ingredients and will make sure the açaí base is sugarless because it'll add up with the fruits and toppings. Overall, I enjoyed it with my friend who managed to get a free bowl thanks to a Yelp Elite event; I didn't get it so I paid for mine. I'd still come again and enjoy a refreshing bowl when it's scoring hot in LA.

I got a Warrior Bowl and a build your own bowl which was great. They added a lot of peanut butter to my bowl which I loved! so if you only want a little make sure to ask for less. I had ordered online but it wasn’t busy when I got there and they kept my bowl in a freezer to keep it cold. The service was friendly and they even gave me some ice for my togo order when I asked. Would be coming back soon!

Girls behind the counter need a bit more customer service etiquette. They were not busy but I felt like they rushed me and when I asked for a medium in a large cup , and they said they couldn't do it . . I don't like it to fall and spill on my clothes so idk why iy was too much to ask ..... besides that it's a great atmosphere, love the theme and greT bowls with good unlimited toppings

I went to this place on Aug 4th and after receiving my acai bowl, I sat down and started eating, midway though my bowl the store was playing loud music over the speakers and on three different occasions throughout the song being played used the N word, I was pretty surprised that the store would be playing the explicit version instead of the radio version and I was disgusted at hearing that word while eating, as a Black man I don't use that word and I definitely don't like to be called it or want to hear it in a business while trying to enjoy my acai bowl, I informed the staff of what happened and they seemed concerned, I asked to speak with the manager or owner and expressed to her what happened and informed her I would never be dining at her business again, she gave me a standard apology and seem quick to get me off the phone, I felt unsafe being in that environment and anyone else if your a POC AVOID this place and find...
