Foods are good as always, but minimum to no service, took wrong order, impatient attitude, not willing to spend time on communicating with customers, really poor communication. Just because your restaurant is popular does not mean that you can ignore your service. Pandemic or understaffing is not an excuse, you figure out the way to properly serve your customers before opening up for dinning. Yeah I know your coworkers are taking their dinner break, but it wasn't even busy. If you can't handle it by yourself maybe your manager shouldn't let all the other employees take their break at the same time. However, if you can solo but you don't, you're just lazy and don't deserve too much tip. I mean c'mon, you already make your customers walk back and forth the cashier ordering and paying for their meal... Why bothering a little more effort on the service? Why talk so fast and demandingly like giving your customer orders and left them confused? I still left a 15% tip but for a $27 visit by myself it's well not worth it. I will not come to and will not recommend this place again until hearing...
Read moreThis has pretty much been my go-to Pho restaurant in the Rowland Heights area since they opened. While many have complained about service on other review sites, I'd say that it's not unusual for a pho restaurant. I've yet to visit a Pho restaurant that waits on your every need. Having said that, the people here are very nice and considerate. However, take that with a grain of salt as I've been a regular for quite a long time where they remember my usual. The restaurant is fairly clean - utensils, tables and chairs are usually clean most time. The restrooms are kept prerty clean as well. The Pho in my opinion is the best in the area. I've been to nearly every Pho restaurant in the area and this place taste the best to me. Parking can be troublesome during peak hours and the wait can be long. This place does get packed and that says a lot. I have also tried other dishes such as the bun, spring rolls, etc. which have all been very good as well. If you are looking for a Pho place in the area, give this...
Read moreWhenever it's cold, I would always have a yearning for pho. And, whenever I yearn for it, I go to Pho Ha since it's the closest to home. Heck, sometimes I even go even when it's super HOT outside just because I have a craving for it! I've been coming here for more than a dozen times and have brought friends here. And, everytime I come, without a doubt, it's packed with people!
We always order the #1 (the special) XL. For only around 30 cents more (if memory serves me right), I would recommend getting the XL instead of the regular. Out of all the pho places I've tried in the area, they have the best soup base and the best cut of meat. Yes, it is quite a bit more than the other places. But, the quality and the taste is worth that extra...
