Ordered Online 4/21/25 @ Ithaca NY Elmira Road location. Upon arrival the chicken sandwich was in the bag waiting. After trying to get an employee’s attention the shift manager came to the counter. However it was not to help me. The manager ignored me and yelled to a worker who was off the clock “ …. I know your off the clock, but could you change the menu for me”. She then started to walk away. I asked openly as she was leaving “I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries can someone please help me?” A employee grabbed a bag off the counter and took it over to put what was suppose to be a large curly fry in the bag next to the fryer. The employee accidentally dropped the receipt when the manager asked to see the online order. The manager then bent over and grabbed the receipt off the dirty floor. Looked at the receipt, I’m not sure why. Perhaps to see if I was stealing? Either way this manage then placed the receipt i side my bag with the food. I began to ask why she would put anything that fell on the floor into a bag with fresh food. She seemed to ignore me and go about her business. So I then told her it was nasty that she would put anything in the bag which was on the floor and added that it was illegal to ask an employee who was off the clock to work in any capacity. She finally acknowledged me as I was leaving saying “YOUR NOT MY BOSS. YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO. HAVE A NICE DAY”. Once outside I immediately called Arby’s corporate and reported this violation. After completing my report I went home and tried to eat my food. It was completely cold. It was also completely horrible. The bacon was burned and so was the top of the bun. Read moreSo I spent a total of 30 minutes in the drive thru, about 15 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting for them to even take my order, and then another 15 at the window after I paid to get my food, it was a simple order to, a classic beef and cheeder and chicken fingers for my son thats it, i had a screaming toddler in the back waiting to get his food, they charged me for a meal but I only orderd a sandwich then didn't even give me the fries and drink that come with a meal only the sandwich. I also tried to order a chocolate shake which they did not have, now I've been there 3 times in 3 weeks to get this shake lol and every time they can't make it, first time not a big deal probably cleaning the machine 2nd time a little irritating but whatever 3 times that's almost a whole month and you still can't make me a simple shake? Read moreEvery time I have ever come here, I've sat at the drive through for several minutes before someone finally tells me that they're "closed", even though their posted hours say they're still supposed to be open. Sometimes they claim they are under-staffed, yet the second-last time I tried to come here, there were 4 dudes smoking out the back door, so they didn't appear all that under-staffed. If they won't serve until closing, a simple revision of their posted hours would solve the problem of people driving across town to a place that claims they will feed you until xyz time.
